We just had our laminated flooring done here before the holidays… I don’t know about the other bad reviews regarding this company. But we are a 100% satisfied costumer. Mr. Will is our rep is easy to work with he takes his time to answer our questions. Has excelent reasonable price and quality of work was excellent. I highly recommend Gabriel and his team who installed our laminate floorings very professional and did excellent job in our home.

Home Masters did a great job installing tile and laminate flooring in our house. Compared to the other quotes that we got for flooring, Home Masters was the most reasonably priced and also had the flooring that we liked the most. Will was very patient and helpful in finding us flooring that we loved. He was great at listening to what we were looking for and provided many options without overwhelming us. When the work began the installers paid great attention to detail and did an excellent cleanup when they finished.

I purchase my home back in 2007 which was a fixer upper. I remodeled my home from the bathroom to the garage except for my kitchen and I would always hire unlicensed independent workers, but for my kitchen I decided to hire an actual legit company. Big Mistake!!! Home Masters is a company who hires other companies or independent contractors for different tasks because I don’t think they have their own people since they are not able to coordinate schedules correctly and the workers at times would have no clue as to what they were supposed to get done. Through out my experience it seemed as if Home Masters was not communicating the schedules to the workers since they would not show up at times or they would come at different times other than the agreed times and days. My kitchen was supposed to be finished in a week, it took them a month to get finished which was a big hassle since I could not use the kitchen fully and I have kids and a husband. Customer service is terrible, Will (the supposed manager) would not answer the phone, he would not call me back. In one of the previous comments, a customer wrote that their work was behind due to the fact that a supposed truck dropped their granite on the freeway since that is what Home Masters told them, well that’s the same story I got when I called to figure out why they were taking so long with the job. I guess that is the same story they give out to everyone. Terrible customer service, they are not prompt at all, and they are irresponsible because they are not able to have their schedules organized. Sometimes when you get a quote that is way cheaper than others, run!!! Take your business somewhere else and save yourself several headaches…

Home Masters did an amazing job with our full home remodel project. We just purchased a home, and wanted to remodel the kitchen, 3 bathrooms, wood floors throughout the house, baseboard throughout the house, crown molding throughout the house and painting. We had several estimates from different contractors and decided to go with Home Masters. Throughout the process they were very professional, their crew was very clean and professional too. Will also was very helpful and helped us make a lot of decisions. I am a person who takes care of every little detail, and they did an amazing job. Even after all the work was done, Will did a final walk through in the house with me, and took care of all the little touch-​ups i requested from him. Customer service is perfect and the whole process went smooth. I would highly recommend home masters for anyone who wants to remodel his house. Keep up the good work !

James and his installation crew did a fine job with our laminate installation and baseboard moulding. We were uncertain if we would find someone to do the installation in our mobile home, but they knew what they were doing and did it well. We love the beautiful new floor and it is a nice upgrade to the former carpet left by the previous owner. I’m sure it has added value to our home. Working in a house full of furniture was not easy, but they were able to move things around and get the job done. We got a little price break due to our close proximity to their shop. There was one problem with t-​moulding that did not fit correctly at the mitred edge around our fireplace hearth. After a little prodding we had someone come back to fix it. It wasn’t really fixed correctly, but it looks okay and is no longer an eyesore. Throughout the process, James was very polite and professional. Thanks for a job well done.

This company «Home Masters» has replaced our old carpet with oak flooring. They worked very fast and did an excellent quality job. We are extremely thankful to Mark Guirguis.

We recently remodel our bathroom with Home Masters. They did an excellent job!
The manager by the name of Wil, has excellent customer service skills and they truly care about their customers. The manager Wil and staff took the to time to show us all their great selection of tile and materials to remodel our bathroom. This is by far the best store and best prices in Ontario. Thank you Home Masters!

Home Masters did an excellent job with my home remodel. I had new floors, new kitchen cabinets, new Quartz and granite counters. They also stained my staircase and restoned my fireplace. The finished look is beautiful ! I’m a very detailed person and will notice every crack or chip and they did an great job in touching up or replacing anything that wasn’t up to my standards. Richard and the Manager Will were very helpful through the process and took their time to make sure I was satisfied. When Richard or Will were out on appointments the other staff were very helpful and patient in helping me pick out design ideas. The contractors working on my house were very professional and the job was completed in a timely manner. I recommend Home Masters to anyone who is looking to do work on their home! I will reach out to them again next year to remodel my shower and tub area.

Customer Service & communication is Horrible. The day I was to review the kitchen via computer, I left work 2 hours early to get from Orange to Ontario during rush hour. I was 30 minutes early and no one was there and no phone call. Should have been my first sign of things to go bad. I read the reviews so I gave them the benefit of the doubt because… Stuff happens. Well, stuff really happened to me. Kitchen demo’d on October 1^st 2014. .I was without a functioning kitchen from the Oct 1^st thru Nov 1^st of October. Cabinets installed but no counter or sink or appliances hooked up. It was supposed to take 10 days start to finish. They make dates of delivery and installation and they do not show up nor call. The granite took 3 weeks vs 2 days with the excuse that the truck was in an accident and some granite broken but mine was not. Still took 3 weeks to get installed. They didn’t not come with enough crown molding when the cabinets where installed. The cabinet doors were not straight. Only need Crown, handles and doors straight to finish the job.. I’ve called and called and I never get a straight answer or no one calls back. Finally I get a call that the handles are in and they are on their way to install. I was at work. Had to leave work spontaneously to have 5 (Five) handles. No knobs. All finally done by November 25^th. Attention to detail not there and they never came to inspect the work done by the subcontractors. Only looking for their final payment. I can’t give you my full review because it’s turned into a 11 page journal. I will say the kitchen looks nice. Definitely an improvement from what I had but just the communication alone is enough to make my not recommend them. This was very stressful.

We recently had our floors done by this company and they did a horrible job. Two months after the job was done our laminate flooring is spreading apart. Jack was nice enough but after you give the initial deposit he’s done with the job. Jack promised the installation crew that worked on my home was the companies «best».
The installation crew went a week over the initial timeline and did not show up a couple of days during our installation. The workers rushed through the job and the end product shows it. This company will probably be one of the cheapest quotes you get but there’s a reason why. Months after they finished, I’m still fixing all the mistakes they made. I am very disappointed with our floors and would not recommend this company to anyone I know. My advice is to avoid this company and spend a couple of extra bucks for your flooring needs.
Quick update, I spoke to a representative from this business after my review. After a short conversation mostly consisting of empty promises and his request to remove my review, nothing has happened. I can’t say I was surprised. I guess it’s true, you get what you pay for in the end.

This is our 2^nd time buying flooring from them! They have a GREAT selection in flooring, prices you can’t beat and great staff! Thank you Matt for all your help and guidance plus prompt attentiveness!!! I do have to say we had the BEST installer Alex… I would recommend him to everyone he is precise, clean, very detailed and a hard worker! He is definitely worth waiting for… Thank you again for our beautiful floors (I posted 2 pictures for everyone to see) and I have already recommended 4 families! We will definitely use your service & products in our next venture!

Had kitchen remodel done recently with them… cabinetry and granite. Demo work damaged floor and hassled with them to get compensated. Mike has lousy customer service. Cabients and granite did end up very nice though.

I had Home Masters replace my kitchen cabinets and redesign the kitchen. From start to finish it took under two weeks, Nelson their installer was very neat and clean with his work. kitchen looks great! now for the problem I found a split in one of the drawers sides about a month after completion. I called Mike my designer about this, after four months and several calls to mike no satisfaction. I have even taken the drawer into their store still no repair. Home Masters sent out Alfred Farag on 2÷5÷14, to look at drawer he said he would get it taken care of today 2÷25÷14, no word from Alfred or Home Masterrs. If you use Home Masters just make sure you check over all work before final payment. their customer service and follow up sucks!

My wife and i were looking to upgrade our floor from carpet to hardwood without decimating our bank account. Enter Matthew who not only gave us many options but also gave us a great alternative, Laminate Hardwood. He saved us hundreds of dollars and the end product looks amazing. On top of that Matthew upgraded our baseboards to enhance the finish of our floor. I will be definitely come back for future home upgrades.

I’m doing my rating based on their customer service /​follow up. Not on the work as we didn’t hire them.
My husband set up an appointment with them, took a half day off work to go to the appointment & the guy we were supposed to see was half an hour late. We were directed to another department as we brought our finished & approved plans with us & waited 20 more minutes to be seen. The guy who finally did see us set up an appointment to come to the house for pictures. He was friendly & prompt when he came to the house however no one contacted us after that. We didn’t get a bid from them at all. They said I’d get it in a few days & it’s been 4 weeks. Our project is an expansion & a remodel — so it’s a big job. If I can’t get an estimate from them I can only imagine other issues that I would have during construction. So we’ll pass on using them.

We were looking to remodel our home and found this company in the ads. We called and came to look at the showroom. We met with Matt and he took time to show us different choices for cabinets and counter tops. We really liked the way Matt took care of us and would recommend Matt as a caring and honest designer.

We were looking to upgrade our kitchen counters and received a very competitive estimate from Matthew at Home Masters in Ontario. We decided to redo the entire kitchen and was pleasantly surprised that the estimate was reasonable and they can get your kitchen done in the amount of time they estimated. If there are any issues that you have, they will attend to it after the job is done. Highly recommended!
