very disappointed. The service was no sense of responsibility. Went there shop and the cashier forget to give me one of my purchase, after I got home find out. call many times they just said he was busy want me call back. I left my Phone No. But didn’t get any call back. I was talk to a sever sales on phone, her name is «Alyssa », while I told her they forgot to give me the product, her answer is that’s my responsibility too, customers need to check what they buy .the only thing I can do is go there and get it with my recipe or return it with my credit card .they don’t send item or refund it .The shopping was nice while I was in store, the Chinese guys was helpful, but somehow I don’t know why it become like this. don’t get it, don’t they have more good customers service to deal something happen like this?
