I went in recently to purchase insurance through freeway insurance. Johanna was the agent that helped me out and answered all the questions I had. She was very nice and helpful and I will definitely be referring family and friends. Thanks for the great service Johanna!!!

Ok… so where should I start? This place is now called Freeway Insurance which did not sound appealing to me at first only beacuse I got screwed over with another Freeway Inurance in Claremont of Indian Hill.(Do not go there). So on my day off i decided to go insurance hunting and the closest one near my house was this isurance. I said well why not?
After stepping in there a young lady by the name of Johanna A, helped me out immediately. I explained to her my situation and how I need to get insured ASAP!!! within just few mintues she found a reasonable price for me. I jumped on it quickly! I am the type to ask questions constantly and she was patient with me and explained eveything. I’m glad this was my first and last stop on that day and it was a bonus that it was close to my home. Her manager was also friendly!

I went into the office for a customer insurance issue and all the ladies where super friendly and greeted me once i walked through the door offering me coffee or water. Lucia was the agent that assisted me with my issue and was able to resolve my issue with in a few minutes. Freeway is not only a place i would recommend but a place i can trust to help me as much as possible, thank you freeway.

Last week I called in for a quote for my mom and we decided to step into the location just so we can have them explain to us the coverages there are due to a really bad experience we had with our old insurance an agent by the name of Johanna helped us out and explained all the coverages in detail and answered the questions we had. I really appreciated that she took her time to explain everything and for once we felt comfortable with the coverages that we have.

I give this place 5 stars they are now called freeway insurance and this review is for Maria. She was awesome very friendly and understanding and professional I had mention to her the bad experience I received elsewhere so she explain very well what she was offering and let me pick what I thought benefit me as for my car insurance at very reasonable price. I left extremely happy knowing she was actually wanted to help. Thank you Maria! I will definitely be referring friends and family. If you or any one you know is near the area this place is a must for car insurance.

Anything but fast. They should stop false advertising by changing their name to Slow Quote Insurance Services Inc! Nothing but a bunch of airheads that work there.

This place is a joke. DO NOT GO HERE. They have the worst customer service but even worse than that is that they don’t take ownership when their insurance agents make mistakes. All they can tell you is that the agent is no longer with the company and they don’t know what really happened so basically too bad for you. This is not acceptable. That is why everything should be recorded in the notes that should be in your account. My daughter and I bought a policy for her new car with a 500.00 deductible and unknown to us the agent changed the deductible a week later to 1,000.00. Its been 8 months and she got into a small accident. When she calls the insurance to make a claim expecting to only have to pay 500.00 out of pocket they tell her the deductible is 1,000.00. When we go here to try and resolve the issue they say that the agent is no longer with the company and there is nothing they can do. Yes there is how about fixing the issue. There are no notes in my daughters account reflecting that she requested to change the insurance because guess what? She didn’t request it. Run scared from this place. Even if you think you bought one policy who knows what you end up with. If you have had a similar experience please contact me. Thank you
By the way they call themselves Freeway Insurance now. Supposedly they got bought by them and are no longer Fast Quote Insurance. All the same people are there though and the place looks exactly the same..

I got a policy with them a little over a year ago after buying a new car and then being charged too much by Geico. They gave me a pretty good deal with a good company (Progressive) for both of my cars. I told him that Geico was charging me $ 160/​mo for both cars for full coverage, and they actually came in at $ 115/​mo! That’s a big savings for me. That alone is worth 5 stars.
So last week they called me and told me that I can save even more if I renew my policy with them. I figured «yeah whatever» just another sales call! I actually shopped around again and called Flo from Progressive directly. They quoted me $ 170! So, I went in to Fast Quote expecting that they would get me around $ 120 or so and I’d be super happy. Well, I went there and they were able to get my renewal rate down to $ 95! I don’t know how they did it! And to top it off, they gave me a gas card for $ 20 for being a loyal customer!
Too bad I can only give them 5 stars. I wish all business had this type of behavior where I actually get rewarded for my loyalty. Fast Quote now has a customer for life!

When I called, talk to Lizette … she wouldn’t let me end the conversation. In the end, she insisted … even thou told her that I couldn’t afford it. Then she talked to her manager and all, finally my initial payment was $ 200.00 and monthly $ 136.22.
Now, Honda Financial is harassing me with noncompliance insurance. When I called them they told me to call Infinity. As we all can guess, the premium went up.
I don’t have time to change it yet, the fact is I haven’t find the lower one. But I got another quote with almost the same amount from a well known company, with uninsured motorist, Emergency Road Side.
If you haven’t call them, please do not waste your time, it is understandable that nowadays earning income is hard, but it doesn’t make them have the right to scam us, we need more honest people.
Get a quote from a respectable company NOT a broker like this clowns.
