Oh Birgit… where do I begin??? How lucky are we to have had her as our Wedding Coordinator. I found Birgit’s website and saw her glowing reviews so I was definitely interested in meeting with her to see if she would be our coordinator. Birgit is always so responsive and helpful and there when you need her. After our first meeting I knew she was the one for us. Planning a wedding can be stressful and there are so many details. I did not want to have to deal with these things on our Wedding Day and Birgit made sure that I didn’t have to. We were in contact on an almost daily basis before our wedding day on May 21, 2016 to discuss vendors and timelines and all of the details of our big day. She was present the day before when the rentals began arriving and to coordinate our rehearsal. We joked that Birgit should have just moved in the day before the wedding! She was always present, handling everything that needed to be done. She arrived bright and early the day of our wedding and never stopped working. Her assistant was also great! They allowed my husband, family and all of our guests to enjoy our wedding and that was all that we wanted! We had the best time at our wedding and Birgit was such a huge part of making our wedding exactly what we wanted it to be. Anyone would be lucky to have this experienced, sweet, hard working coordinator help them with their big day! I will never forget all she did and we appreciate everything that she did for us! The only thing I’m sad about is that my husband and I didn’t get to take a picture with her! Thanks again Birgit, we could not have done it without you!

I cannot imagine the success of our wedding, without Birgit. My cousin recommended her to me, after witnessing her work in another friend’s wedding. She described Birgit as: «Never was something not done/​handled/​taken care of the entire day/​night. She’s like a magician.» She was so right! We hired Birgit as a day-​of wedding coordinator, but Birgit started helping us from the day we met her. She responded quickly to every little question we had, whether it was a text, phone call or an email. She looked over all of our vendor contracts and helped us find the remaining vendors we needed. We wanted a videographer, but we weren’t willing to pay thousands of dollars. Birgit recommend one and even convinced him to travel all the way from San Diego! He was very affordable and his work was also AMAZING. Birgit helped us get group rates for not just our host hotel, but also TWO other hotels nearby so that our guests would have options depending on their budgets. She coordinated everything with our vendors regarding our day-​of timeline and logistics and she ran our ceremony rehearsal. When we had questions about how something should go, Birgit was always willing to offer her opinion, and always adjusted when we had a different idea in mind. The day of our wedding she and her assistant did EVERYTHING! Neither us nor our families had to set up one single decoration. During the wedding, there was a small hiccup with the hotel. She and the catering manager brought it to our attention and Birgit handled it. I’m almost positive that had they not told us, we would have never known something was wrong. At the end of the night, Birgit and her asst. packed up all of the decorations and made sure that my parents had everything put in their car. Our wedding was absolutely perfect and Brigit took the stress out of it all. I’m so grateful that we had her throughout the whole process. I’d hire her again and again and you should too!

I can honestly say that Birgit truly went ABOVE and BEYOND her call of duty!!!
From the moment I called her, I knew she would be the wedding planner for me! She was super courteous, she listened to everything I wanted for our wedding and she gave me great ideas as well.
It was very easy to work with her. No matter what time of day I called or text her, she would always answer her phone or reply to my texts right away. We met several times to go over stuff, from planning the set up for the venue, the decorations, meeting with vendors etc. but the one thing that I really liked about Birgit, was that she was always on time, very well organized and disciplined with her work.
Thanks to the experience and knowledge that Birgit has, our wedding day was an absolute success! I had piece of mind the entire time just knowing she was there along with her assistant making sure that all the timelines were met and that everything ran smoothly! I couldn’t have been more blessed to have found Birgit. Not only was she my wedding planner, but we now consider her our friend as well.
If you are looking for a planner to really make your wedding day a successful and pleasant day, then look no more. You definitely need to call Birgit and talk to her over the phone. You will know she’s the one with just one phone call to her!

Birgit was one of the best investments towards our wedding. We actually got to enjoy our big day, no one asked us anything and she made sure we ate our dinner and had a drink in our hand. She followed the timeline perfectly and worked so great with the master of ceremonies. She helped me with some DIY projects and also took any items I needed at the venue a few days before the big day. I didn’t have to do ANYTHING. All my final checks I gave to her the morning of and she took care of all my vendors by the end of the night. She’s extremely sweet, she really loves what she does. She gives great suggestions, if you have trouble finding something you need she goes out of her way to help you. I got her for same day coordination but she went above and beyond her scope of services. I have booked her for my sister in laws wedding as a gift from my husband and I because Birgit is a must if you’re getting married.

Can I give her 10 stars? Ms. Birgit is the sweetest wedding planner in this world, my husband and I love her so much, she was taking care of my wedding so well, such as timeline, table liner, decorations, when I have hard time to make a decision, she always help to give me some nice advisements, Thank you Ms Birgit, you make my day so beautiful ! Birgit is amazing! I was 3 weeks away from my wedding day, when the previous wedding planner I had decided to screw me over in cost. My BFF found Dreams come true on FB, and I was immediately impressed with the photos on there. I contacted Birgit the following morning, and explained to her how I had just got screwed over from another wedding planner. She met with me that afternoon for a few hours, and told me she was positive she could make my wedding day happen on such short notice. A few days later while she was on vacation, she emailed me letting me know she was able to get everything I wanted, and provided a quote. I booked her services that same day. She saved me a lot of money from the quote I was provided by the original wedding planner. Everything was exactly the same! She was there whenever I needed to speak with her, even took the time to drive a sample of the centerpiece to my work. My wedding was held at my home and the day before the tent was being set up, I came home and was looking at the drapery with disappointment because they were wrinkled. Birgit asked me what was wrong, so I told her. She immediately had the crew remove the drapery and ironed out the wrinkles from all 12 drapes with her Assistant Michelle. She even had the crew go back and bring new drapery that hung across the tent because it looked dingy. She went over and beyond! Michelle was there at my event from early morning, until the wedding was over. She made sure everything was running smoothly. My wedding turned out absolutely beautiful! Thank you Birgit, and Michelle for help making my wedding day BEAUTIFUL!

There are not enough good things that I could say about Birgit and Dreams Come True Wedding Planning. My husband and I knew from the beginning that we did not want a typical wedding and would need a wedding planner to help us achieve what we wanted for our wedding. After talking with multiple different wedding planners, we finally found Birgit! She was the only one who didn’t insist that we use a «package style» wedding venue, and offered full service planning well within our budget. She drove 45+ minutes to meet us for the first time and immediately went to work for us after we had our meeting. Birgit found us our dream wedding venue and toured it with us to make sure all the right questions were answered. Through her resources, we also hired her recommended photographer, caterer, bartender, florist, and rental company – all of whom were absolutely amazing to work with! She let us call and email her as many times as we needed with any questions, emergencies, and to make sure we stayed on track. She met with us many different times as well, always driving to meet us wherever was most convenient for us which we REALLY appreciated.
It was the weekend of our wedding where she really helped us an amazing amount. She was at our venue with us early on Friday helping set up and working out all the details. She even chided me (the bride) on Friday night telling me «You better not do any decorating tonight or tomorrow morning! I want you to relax and enjoy your time.» She took care of all of the details on the day of – setting up vendors, finishing decorating, making sure everything was on time. I literally didn’t have to worry about one single thing. On the day of she was there bright and early, and she stayed until well after the wedding was over. She constantly checked in to make sure I was doing ok and wasn’t working at all, and she did the same for the groom and the parents. She really pushes for you to enjoy your wedding, and to make sure that all your dreams come true.

I loved working with birget! She was amazing. Easy going yet organized! She worked easily with all the vendors and was very amiable and friendly! I rarely get to work with easy going coordinators. She really make my job easier which in turn allowed me to take amazing images for my client! I would high recommend her. She is a great person and coordinator. Her assistant was really nice and very connected to the event. They were present the entire time and in view. Nothing like some of the other coordinators that I have worked with who cannot be found on the day of the wedding. Thanks Birget!

If I could give more stars I would. Birgit and her team were professional, understanding, and went truly above and beyond the call of duty to make our wedding experience as wonderful as it could be. She was able to understand and handle all the different demands of family members, and provided wonderful suggestions when two of my vendors failed. She was also able to get me a seating chart DAYS before my wedding, and it was beautiful. She allowed me to call whenever I needed, was available at all the meetings to provide her professional opinions and advise. I would never go with anyone else. In addition, her assistant became my impromptu hair and makeup designer for my wedding day when a confirmed makeup artist bailed! Who else could do this??? No one. All this, and she truly respected and understood my budget. this review hardly catches all the wonderful things about Birgit and her team that make them so wonderful to work with and for me the only choice out there for excellent and affordable wedding planning. The absolute best coordinator out there. I would never trust another person for such an important day. THANK YOU!

This company was truly helpful at my mother’s 75^th birthday celebration. Birgit thought of everything, and I mean everything. She was even able to «loan» us some of her party items so that we did not have to purchase them. Her staff were friendly and professional. I honestly do not think we could have pulled this off without her help. She did everything she said she would do and then some. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for help celebrating any event, big or small. I cannot tell you how nice it was to arrive at an even that I sponsored, and not have to lift a finger. They did everything. Birgit even found a forgotten gift accidentally left behind by the birthday gal. She made the effort to return the gift to us the next week. THAT TRULY IS EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE.

Words can’t explain how much I loved everything Birgit did for my husband and me on our wedding day and the days leading up to the wedding. I had hired Birgit for my Day of Coordinator and she went above and beyond that role. When I hired her I thought I had to do everything on my own and that she only helped the day of but that was definitely not the case anytime I had a question or wanted feedback about something she was always more than happy to help. She was always making sure I had everything I needed. Prior to the wedding she would send me timelines and checklist which really came in handy. She contacted all my vendors and made sure they all had time lines and confirming times so that everything was ran smoothly. Birgit and her assistant Michelle went above and beyond for me that day. There were multiple things I forgot to get things that day such as candles for our memorial table and she went and got them before the reception. I forgot the cupcake knife and she brought a backup pair. Our toasting cups were forgotten in our hotel and her assistant Michelle went and got them for us. Twice she had to go to the hotel for us and not once did she say it was it a problem. Birgit did an amazing job decorating and setting up the reception area, it was if everything we wanted and more. She has an eye for detail and so sweet and very funny. I would definitely recommend her. She made our day an amazing stress free day.

Beside working so well wit the bride, her family and the wedding party the health relationships DCT created with the other cooperating vendors had everyone working as a team, in great spirit and always on the same page.

Birgit is truly an angel sent from heaven. She did so much for our October 18, 2014 wedding at Shandin Hills Golf Club. She has so much talent and knowledge in her field. Birgit knows her stuff! I trusted her with a lot of my wedding décor and setting up our wedding and she did not disappoint. I could not have asked for a more gorgeous wedding. We hired Birgit as a coordinator to help us with our wedding reception. From our first initial meeting with her at our venue, we immediately knew that she was capable of understanding our vision, and doing what was necessary to make it a reality. From there on, she met with us multiple times at the venue to discuss how we were going to decorate and set up. This was exceptionally challenging for both us and Birgit as this was the first time that this venue has held any sort of reception or event like this. She was able to take these walkthroughs and get all the decorations to pull everything together. She handmade our table runners, made beautiful drapes to cover ugly (fixed) structures at the venue, and even threw in some decorative surprises that we noticed when we got there. She also took charge of seeing that the layout was set up properly, and worked closely with all other vendors to ensure that the night went smoothly. All in all, we couldn’t be more satisfied and pleased with Birgit’s services. She truly made our night a «Dream Come True».

We planned our (October 2013) wedding in just 4 months and it soon became evident that we needed help. After finding Birgit on Wedding Wire, I instantly felt at ease that she would be of great assistance for our big day. We used a facility that was basically just a rental, so she did it all from confirming and directing vendors, decorating, and ensuring a smooth running day overall. We only paid for her «day of» services but she did SO much more. She went above and beyond and was truly a wonderful find! I can’t recommend her highly enough if you are planning a wedding or other event in Southern California.

Birgit is the greatest and amazing event planner out there!!! To start off my wife and I are glad that we found her here on Wedding Wire. She is truly amazing and very skilled in what she does. Our wedding was on April 12 2014 and When I first contacted her in January this year she was very informative on her business and she quickly provided us links to her website and was able to meet us in a timely manner to set up a consultation. She is flexible with meeting and she will go out her way to make sure you are happy with her service. She arrives early prior to meeting you when she says she will. In addition her ideas she has for the entire event are absolutely great and if you have an idea or concept she will work with it and bring your vision to a reality. She is thoughtful, helpful, and kind. She offered to do so much on our special day so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. She is very well organized with making time frames and reviewing the time frames with us to make sure it works with what we want. She also contacted our vendors and coordinated with them well to bring our special day to the amazing day it turned out to be. I am glad we found her and I would definitely recommend her for the excellent service she provides with her great attitude, knowledge, skills, and leadership to anyone who will need a event and on top of that her pricing is the best around which is a big bonus if you are trying to budget on your wedding. My wife and I are very blessed and impressed with her services and I wish only more business comes her way because she deserves it and will work hard for what she loves to do. I sought out Birgit’s help only a few months before my wedding and it was the best thing I ever did. If you’re like most brides, you have never planned a wedding, and need help. She worked with me on my budget and came up with ideas I would have never thought of. She was always there when I needed her and it helped that she knew a variety of vendors that I could choose from. First off, let me just say a big THANK YOU to you Birgit for all the hard work that you did for my wife and I in planning our dream wedding. It could not have gone better and I can’t thank you enough.
Birgit was amazing to us. We had a really tight budget and my wife and I were stressing out trying to stay within our means. She came in half way through our process of planning. My wife and I were trying to do all the work ourselves and we were just blown away with all the stress and everything that comes along with it. We had Birgit take over for us and my goodness what a stress relief that was. She handled everything that we needed and more. Sure, there were things that were still needed from us but she made sure it was kept to a minimum so we could keep our mind set on the important things… like showing up to our wedding haha. Everything turned out wonderful. All the vendors were on time and everything was coordinated beautifully. Our wedding was awesome and I am happy to say that when every time I look back to think about our wedding turned out, I can remember what an awesome night it was.
