Michelle’s customer service was beyond expectations. When my husband passed unexpectedly she helped me to be practical, yet respectful. She has been caring and compassionate every step of the way. She even found ways to help us save money with our limited budget.
My only concern is the make up. I know they use a picture to help them but the color was not quite right, and it was actually a little bit scary for my children.
All things considered it was a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend Michelle as a funeral director for anyone dealing with loss.

My father passed away, and he had a prepaid cremation plan with another mortuary that Draper had assumed. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I went to Draper, but I met with Michelle and the entire process was as smooth as can be.
Even though prices had increased dramatically since my father’s prepaid plan, Draper covered everything with no additional costs. They were very professional and compassionate, and they never once tried to upsell or nickel and dime me on anything. They took care of all of the arrangements with the cemetery, and even offered to be there at the service if we wanted them there.
Any questions I had were immediately answered via phone or e-​mail.
All in all they did a great job!

5 stars for Emily! She made our extremely difficult time a bit easier by being readily available to answer questions and accommodate our out of the ordinary requests. She is definitely in the right industry! Her work ethic, follow through, empathy and compassion are so rare in todays customer service! Thank you Emily for enabling us to plan a beautiful service!

What I love about this cemetery is that there are tons of people on holidays spending time with their lost ones.

I would like to say that Drapers has been used by my family for many years now, and they have always done a wonderful job for my grand father’s and grand mother’s funeral service and just a few months ago my mother’s. The most kindest staff and very professional. Everything was so beautiful and perfect! They made sure everything was handled and in a very timely manor, thank you so much Emily you are the best and Godbless you.

Been around the longest and they definitly know how to take care of families during the most difficult time of their life. My family and I are so greatfull for the way they handled my grandmothers funeral service. Everything was very personalized. From the first phone call, when we were just price shopping we knew this was the place.

My Friend Who Works For A Print Shop Got Me A Deal On The Sympathy Cards And Guest Book.
I Got A Great Deal On The Flowers From Elsewhere. The Company They Use Is Overpriced.
The Mortuary On The Whole Is Overpriced!!!
