I have been attending Crossfit Lifted for a month now… They threw me a deal to try out the gym for the first month $ 45. The first week you have to go to 3 training classes which are only available Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9:00am or 6:30pm. You must attend one of each day. Starting the week prior I decided to cut out soda, the first three days(training) it felt pretty intense. I surely wasn’t use to that style training since I was out of shape. But now that I am a month in, I have noticed a huge difference. I started at 255 and have dropped my weight down to 238 but more importantly have lost inches. It’s amazing how the crossfit workout style really does help. Just in daily activities I have felt a huge difference. I walk up flights of stairs without being winded. I have more energy throughout the day. Just in a whole I feel so much better than before. I’m sure only drinking water and making better choices on food definitely make a difference as well but crossfit without a doubt tilts the scale. The owner is amazing. He is extremely supportive and friendly. The whole staff is awesome. Being a part of this gym, being a part of crossfit in general is one of the best choices I have made in a long time. Even if you don’t choose this gym, you should definitely still choose to do crossfit. It’s life changing!!! Only downside is there is not showers YET but, in the gyms defense it has only been open 9 or so month. They have had a contractor come to give a quote and they are prepping to add them in the near future. Once that happens, this will be a PERFECT box. Oh and I forgot to mention. Everyone who attends is extremely supportive. Men and women. We all get along great. No one leaves until the last person finished and we all cheer them on. We help each other in our success.
