This place is AMAZING. great customer service and so many trees to choose from! i was like a kid in the candy store. even though im buying it for my cat LOL makes me wish i was a cat! anyways, i do wish they werent out of stock of the best ones. I had my eyes on those ones as my first pick! ohh well maybe next time i buy another one ill check if theyre in stock before driving out there. or call ahead and order!

Anyone in SoCal with a cat needs to know about this place. My kitten was climbing tapestries and clawing our furniture so I knew it was time to get her a tall cat tree, but the ones they sell at PetSmart are so pricey. The prices they have here are much better, and the cat trees are great! I got a four tier cat tree with a house, toy attachments, and a bed on top. My kitten loved it so much, she was purring happily while she explored all the levels! And yes you do have to assemble them yourself, but it was very simple, I had mine together in half an hour.
Great service at the store too, I was in and out very quickly and they helped load the box into my car. As someone else mentioned, bring cash for a better deal! I will be telling every cat owner I know to check this place out.

My wife and I went there to see cat trees for our lil Sal. We got there early and The guy actually let us in a half hour early. There were over 50 cat houses assembled and they had several beautiful cats demonstrating them. I love this place! We bought our cathouse and Sal loves it even though hes a little small for it he goes all the way to the top and perches up there. You cant go there and not have a good time! Easy to assemble and easy to get is how it should be done! And it is there! I highly recommend Kitty mansions/​cat tree factory to everybody that loves cats!

We LOVE our cat tree!!! Our mommy & daddy bought us one for our 1^st birthday. We got a BIG one the DENVER. That was 2 ½ years ago & it’s still in GREAT shape! We play and sleep on it all the time. In fact, today, my daddy is buying us another one so we can have 2!!! We are very excited! We highly recommend & give 10 paws up to this product. MEOW!!!

Great prices and lots of options for any budget! They carry extra parts of you want to jazz up your tree house or replace a part that’s been loved to end by your kitty. Very helpful and kind service! Tip: bring cash to get better price ;)

Me and my wife had been looking for a tree for our cat. But at all the stores it was too expensive and we just couldn’t afford any. We ended up hearing about this spot, we decided to go and WOW it was amazing great selection and great quality of cat trees. We bought the red wood and we are soooo happy our cat loves it we will defenently be going back. Great customer service and friendly cats as well.

Unbelievably poor quality ! Cat tree didn’t last even 3 months, scratching posts were ripped in shreds, material is not durable at all! Also, they don’t have any customer service, the lady just hung up on me when I said I want my money back. Wow! Quite a business! More like a scam operation! Do NOT buy!

Nice, high quality cat trees! So many to choose from. We ended up with two different ones. Our kitties love them, we will definitely be back for more trees in the future.

It is well worth the drive the quality is excellent prices you cannot beat. I recommend this place their customer service is also great very nice people.

I haven’t gotten the cat tree yet, I will update when I do. the five stars is because I ordered it online at 12:45am and I had a shipping confirmation at 10:45am.that is crazy fast.

With a wide variation and very reasonably priced cat trees, the cat tree factory is like cat heaven on earth.
The wife and I recently came here and purchased a nice sized cat tree for our baby girl Sky. Our cat tree is massive, was easy to install and actually looks nice with our living room furniture. We have had our new cat tree for about a month now and our cat just absolutely loves and adores it. She loves her new tree more than she loves us. My cat is completely spoiled and hard to please but this tree makes her happy which in turn makes me happy.
Anyways the store is pretty nice, they have tons of cat trees. Different colors, sizes, shapes and styles. The prices are unbeatable compared to petco or petsmart. They even had real cats living there and they loved all of the cat trees that were on display at the store. When we move into a bigger house, I will be coming here to get an additional cat tree and will highly recommend shopping here for cat mansions.

I didn’t go there for a cat tree, but for a crate. Their crates, like the cat trees, are very reasonably priced and great quality. Good customer service… The guy working told me he would help me to my car but I declined. Very nice. Would recommend for either product!

Their prices are AMAZING and so is the quality of their cat trees. We went in fora dog crate and got the XL crate for $ 60! Where else can you find them for that price? We’ll definitely be back in a couple of weeks for our cat’s new treehouse… considering we just spent $ 40 on something that wasn’t even close to the quality of theirs.

Love this place! They have a large selection of cat trees — of all sizes. Customer service was excellent! We got the «Redwood» tree for our cats, and they LOVE it! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants the best tree for the money! :)

I saw an ad on Craigs List advertising a big sale on cat trees. I’ve been meaning to buy my cat Emma one for a few months now, but haven’t had the money. Most cat trees I was finding online were well over $ 100. I like supporting small businesses and decided to check this place out. I was greeted with a warm welcome by a woman (I believe the owner) and her 3 gorgeous cats. Black cat was hanging out in a tree by the door, he looked happy and comfortable. I picked out the tree I liked best, it was $ 90, no tax (Petsmart sells the same one for $ 175, Amazon has it for $ 110, both don’t include tax). Someone helped take it apart a little bit to fit it into my Jetta. It was very easy to re-​assemble it when I got home, I didn’t even need instructions. I highly recommend this place, they have a huge variety and your cat (s) will love it!
