Call first in advance to set up an appointment because he’s typically booked, but it shouldn’t be a suprise with service beyond expectation. The ladies in the shop are also cool: professionally skilled and intelligent. You won’t be disappointed.

This salon is my new obsession! Jackie has been able to transform my hair into exactly what I’ve wanted time after time. She takes her time to really produce the hairstyle I’m looking for. I no longer trust anyone other than Jackie with my hair.

I have been getting my hair done here for a very long time. Mirella has done a phenomenal job… I recommend this place to everyone. Her prices are very reasonable!

Liz did an amazing job on my beliage style ombré and I was very satisfied with the results. Reasonable prices, awsome service, AND I love that she doesn’t chop my hair off when I ask for a trim !! Everytime I go in for anything service I always get great hair product referrals from her! Keep up the good work Liz!

Unfortunately, this will not be a good review. I initially went to see Mirella by word of mouth. My first 2 visits were ok. I especially liked that she was so much closer than my usual hairstylist and her prices were similar at about 120 – 140 $. The problem started when I requested to get lighter hair from a medium brown on the roots as I already had an ombré look with blonder in the ends. Keep in mind that my hair was already processed and that I had been growing out my hair for years, using top of the line products to care and protect it. My hair was beautiful prior to the time she started styling me. I made it very clear to hair how important was it for me to keep my length! Well, the last time she touched my hair, I had asked her to repair her previous work which left me with greenish toned hair, because she decided that I wanted an «ash blonde» color, which I never asked for, I explained I wasn’t happy with it, as my roots were brassy. I showed her a few photos of what I was looking for and at no time did she say to me that, what I was asking for, was something that A) she could not do, B) she did not have the appropriate products to accomplish and C) that it would completely fry my hair! Neither did she ask for permission to use cheap BLEACH on my already processed hair! When I least knew it, she put the bleach all over my ends to get it to what she thought I wanted, a platinum color, and when I questioned what she applied on my hair she responded’ «oh, it’s bleach, it’s the only thing that will give you what you showed me.» I immediately freaked out and said to her «isn’t that going to damage my hair!!!. She replied «oh yea, a little but you can put treatment on it.» Whaaaat??? But clearly, it was too late! That crap was in my hair already. After rinsing me, I saw my hair was gummy so I asked her to please trim the ends while my hair was wet. For some reason this girl likes to cut on dry hair, but I hated it when she did it to me the time before because she cut too much of it. Well,… She trimmed it, blow dried it, kept rubbing some liquid on it, which I’m assuming was quick dabs of treatment and then… As I’m on my phone texting my friend about the mess this girl was doing to my hair, not paying attention, she proceeds to cut my hair while dry! I looked at her and ask what she was doing, she says «oh I’m just texturizing the ends» I’m thinking, ok, she’s just finishing off the style, so I didn’t freak out too much. Finally she straightens my hair bone straight, which completely deceived me from the actual damage she caused. She charges me again!!! Yes! Again. And sends me on my marry way to heartbreak. It wasn’t till I washed my hair the next time that I saw what she did. All that «texturizing» was her attempt at cutting off ALL the DEAD, FRIED hair she caused with the bleaching! I was left with hair that went to my mid back which was thick and beautiful to hair that ended with the longest layer a little past my shoulder and was thinned to no end. The ends were dead! Actually it was all dead. She managed to ruin my hair in one sitting!!! She had a bad attitude all along as if she took offense that I hadn’t like the way she had previously left my hair green. So she does this to me! I immediately contacted her and expressed my anger and frustrations. Her reply? It’s my fault for being so indecisive! I asked why didn’t she consult with me before applying more bleach to my hair??? If she knew this would happen!!! I asked why didn’t she just tell me that what I wanted was unobtainable or that in order to even attempt it, she would have to use crappy products!!! I told her it would take at least a year to regrow and fix my hair to its original status and that she needed to fix this. She replied that she knew it was her mistake to use bleach without asking me and for that she would offer me products to fix it. After bantering back and forth and hearing about her feeling that it’s time for her to retire, that she’s tired of people complaining or not being satisfied, she finally agrees to give me back my money for the last sitting and give me products to attempt to repair and regrow my hair. LESSON LEARNED! I can’t believe how unprofessionally she behaved. She’s clearly tired of her job. She took it out on my hair! A good stylist would have never ever done what she did! I’ve had stylists tell me straight NO! to request which they know would ruin the hair. Those stylist care! They care about their clients and their own reputation. It’s very true. You get what you pay for. She ruined years of effort and care. I have to chop off my hair to a short bob because it’s falling and braking. Thanks Mirella. Please retire or fix your attitude towards your clients. I hope this helps anyone attempting to go to this shop. All the ladies there are novices! They don’t care and will do whatever to get a buck.

My stylist is Ciara she is wonderful very creative & unique with the way she highlighted my hair I definitely recommend her very professional and such a sweet person.

These girls know what they are doing. Not only are they funny, amazing, and experienced. I’ve been coming here for almost 11 years. on and off again. I love how they cut, style, and highlight my hair. I can’t complain about anything. these girls are good. =D

My hair Stylist is Mirella. I’ve had my hair highlighted twice from her. She did a great job. She’s a very nice person. She knows exactly what shes doing. She has been working there for about ten years. I totally recommend her.
