I have been a customer of Arons for many years, but this last year I have been disappointed with the service from David. He goes against everything Jessie the manager says and arrangements we agreed on. He will over charge me 15.00 dollars more then what my contract says. Arons was sued because of over charging customers and they owe me 400.00. And David still over charges me. i will never do business again., because of David.

Aaron’s in Lancaster CA is racist I am a black woman who has 2 accounts never late needed and additional item and was denied. I was waiting to find out why I had been denied and a Hispanic man walks in says he needs a living room set, now I have been waiting 30 minutes the manager Edgar tells a Mr. Rodriguez look you have to start paying your bill on time and gives him an additional account. I have since then closed my account. The District manager and the hotline was notified and they are dong nothing…

This place is awsome! The people are friendly, they pay close attention to what your looking for, and find if at a grate price. I went in for a bedroom set and mattress and I love the selection they have, my furniture was delivered when they said it would be and the guys that put it together knew exactly what they were doing. I recommend this place to friends and family!

This place is horrible if u a day late they send a guy out to ur door to discuss ur account. The prices are four times the amount you would pay anywhere else. They give u three different prices that u owe in one day and the dumb ass manager David told me to talk to his staff about an error they made. No dumb fuck that’s ur job not mine. Avoid this place at all costs. I would sit on. the floor before I would rent a couch from this place

Horrible place. These people are crooks. If you are a day or two late on your payment they will harass you and even call your work. Not to mention you end up paying double on everything you purchase. This girl Erica is so rude when she calls, they are beyond unprofessional. It’s been a nightmare working with them. Save your self a hassle don’t do business with them. If I could give them negative stars I would.

Run away from this store every employee is nasty and they are all liars they have illegal business practices and are being sued for that as well as not telling customers «pay off» amounts to hound you every month and try to break into your houses. Most rude employees I have encountered in my life and I’m not even exaggerating. I wish I went to rac instead aarons low rates attracted me and now I realized I made a huge mistake. Don’t even think about ever leasing from the store and probably any aarons rentals!!! Go to
they have over hundreds of negative posts and even an employee who admits to their horrible customer treatment from all across the u.s. this company should be shut down for good

Walking through this store is a dangerous temptation… A beautiful sectional micro fiber sofa only $ 40 a month? A brand new gorgeous refrigerator? A huge flat screen TV? All yours, for minimal payments a month. Just remember, it does add up over time. What you are paying for is the ability to make payments without a credit check.
The manager was so polite and professional. There is a girl who works up front who has helped me out a couple of times, and she is friendly and knowledgeable. I love when stores are run so well, the entire process if very smooth.
I may be back for that 70″ flatscreen!
