My experience with these people has been MISERABLE!
They took in my PC for repair and never returned it.
The email addresses used on the few occasions they actually responded to me were

Details:
On July 29 I shipped my PC to «Miguel» and he agreed to repair it and ship it back to me.
He sounded so nice on the phone.
A couple days later he said it was fixed and he would send it back to me.
*** They never sent it back to me. ***
I had sent over 44 emails, voice messages and texts.
I did get a voice call and couple of emails with excuses and prattle about how they had been out of town, shipping it to the wrong address, their phone not working right, you should have made an appointment with me, be patient, blah blah blah.
They’re not even listed in 411 — just the cell phone. It’s clear they either blocked me, and the couple of times when I did get thru it was clear they were pretending not to understand me, or he blew me off saying he was in New York etc.
Nobody could be this incompetent *** At this point I consider it ENGINEERED! ***
One of their ads says he has a nice HP dv8000 for sale — sounds like MINE.
Yup, I should have heeded the Craigslist advisory about shipping. But «Miguel» sounded so nice.
I will continue to let people know about how these guys operate.
