Nice service getting Hunting License! No problem, the new staff is much more Customer Orientated than those of a year ago. Gander Mountain could learn a lot by working with this Team. If you are just looking for«Cheap Prices» try«A Mall». Sportsmen want a specific quality item, find it, buy it, keep it. Normally we don’t expect«cheap prices» on Quality items. Quality beats«cheap» any day/night/week in the woods!

The staff and the managers are great. I went back with a problem with my boots I got in April. And they gave me a new pair no problem. Been shopping there for years and it’s great to see a local small business with great customer service.

Overpriced. Seriously. Shoes are about $ 20-$ 30 more than mall prices unless you are looking at closeout or clearance. The staff is really bad at this location. Has been for YEARS, even when they were at the old Oneida location. They watch you like a hawk as if you are thinking of shoplifting(and trust me, I’m about as not sketchy looking as they come-I’m wholesome and I would never shoplift), the notion of customer service in the shoe department is non-existent. I thought maybe that was a one time thing, until every time I go there it’s the same story. Gosh. You’d like that someone coming in and wanting to buy items *might* trigger a customer service response of, «Hello, how are you today?» or my favorite«How may I help you?»…nope…the shoe dept employee just stands there like they hate their life/job. It’s just not happening at Herbs. Too bad, because the area NEEDS a good store like this. I buy my stuff at Dick’s now… because at least at Dick’s I get some customer service.

Great sporting goods store and outdoor outfitters. They have a wide selection of clothes and accessories(men’s, women’s and juniors), footwear(lots of work boots, snow boots, rain boots, and«fashion» versions of those kinds of things, and outdoor/sporting equipment(fishing, hunting). Brands include Carhartt, North Face, Woolrich, Timberland, Carolina, Columbia, Lee, etc. Prices are very competitive and reasonable. They moved to this location a few years ago, which is larger than their old one, so there’s lots of room. Overall, a great place to go in the area for outdoor attire and footwear. Also, in addition to fishing rods, equipment, etc, you can get fishing licenses here.
