We serve Intelligentsia Coffee, roasted in Chicago, and then used within three weeks of the roast date. Well Grounded changes coffee showcased in pour overs each week. We have a wide variety of loose leaf tea and iced tea along with our own chai concentrate made in house. In order to make great tasting drinks, we use the highest quality products around.
History
Established in 2015.
For the past five years the owner, Sarah van Putten, has been dreaming of starting a coffee shop that would be able to support clean water missions while contributing to socioeconomic progress through the buying of direct trade coffee beans.

Sarah grew up in Omaha, went to North Park University in Chicago, and ended up moving back to Omaha to start Well Grounded. She’s passionate about coffee, community, and water.
