We have been a leading provider of optometry services and vision care products in the Omaha community since 2005, and with a new (bigger!) location we hope to bring our exceptional level of care to even more patients in our area. History

Established in 2005.

ViewPointe Vision is West Omaha and Elkhorn’s premier, full-​scale optometry clinic and boutique optical which opened in March of 2005 as Elkhorn Ridge Vision. The practice offers a wide range of eye care services and vision products for the entire family. Dr. Matthew Klemke, Dr. Ariann Brown and Dr. Daniel Novak, along with their experienced staff strive to provide each and every patient and customer an experience that far exceeds expectations and previous eye care experiences. The warm, upscale, and comfortable atmosphere of the clinic reflects the attitude of the doctors and staff. Dr. Klemke adds, «We want to make all of our guests feel at home while they are here with us. Therefore, every aspect of the practice is aimed to achieve that goal, from the décor of the office to the eye care services we provide.»

Business Owner

Dr. Klemke earned his bachelor of science degree in biological sciences from the University of Nebraska-​Lincoln in 1996. He then attended Indiana University where he earned his Doctorate of Optometry in 2000. Since that time he has practiced in both Kansas City and Denver, before returning to Nebraska in 2002. After working in a medical/​surgical practice here in Omaha for nearly three years he founded Elkhorn Ridge Vision in the spring of 2005.

Dr. Klemke enjoys treating patients of all ages, and has special interests in complicated contact lens fittings, as well as the treatment and management of ocular disease and mild trauma. Above all, Dr. Klemke says that the most enjoyable aspect of his work is meeting so many great patients, and getting to know them and their families over time. In his spare time Dr. Klemke enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, as well as golf, reading, and following Husker athletics.
