Vic’s Corn Popper

I just had a terrible experience with Vic’s Corn Popper. I ordered a tin of the confetti popcorn for my sister thinking it would be rainbow in color and sent it in a dog tin. When she got it, was only red and green. We do not celebrate Christmas and nowhere on their website did it say it would be red and green. I called to complain and was offered by two different people that they could send me out their tutti-​mellon instead. My first choice was refund because I wanted traditional confetti popcorn (which normally each color is flavored– another surprise when it arrived, since it was listed in between two different flavored popcorns in the flavor section). However, when they asked the owner if I could get a refund he said no refund and no reshipment. It was terrible because I would have been ok with the re-​shipment if the refund was not possible. I now have to go through my credit card company to deal with this issue because I did not want red and green pop-​corn for a non Christmas gift. I WOULD NOT order anything from them because the owner is not willing to resolve issues when customers are unhappy and do not get what they order. There are plenty other popcorn places to choose from.

This is the only location that we have been, and we only went because we had a coupon. The company has many different types of flavored popcorn, but we like the normal ¹⁄₃ less bad stuff flavor. We were surprised how many people showed up while we were taste tasting the flavors. We will probably go again, and we might even end up buying Christmas gifts for our neighbors from here. Cheap yet effective small gifts.
