If you have low income, do not go here for medical services. They discriminate against persons with low income and send your accounts to collections in a hurry without appropriately notifying you of balances due. It hasn’t even been 5 months since I received my first bill and I have made payments and they have ignored my requests for financial assistance. Their customer service department could care less. Their Facebook administrator could care less. I have filed complaints with the better business bureau, the states attorney generals office, and will be filing complaints against the doctors for terrible terrible bedside manner.

The nursing staff here are just superb! Our father has been here for a week, and each of the nurses has taken the time to really have conversations with Dad and with us. No hurrying? They really care!
They each carry phones that ring when you call the nurse on the remote control, so they respond quickly. No request is taken lightly, and they even see to it that visitors are comfortable. They try to arrange to group together blood taking and other interruptions, and they even put some do not disturb signs on Dad’s door this evening so he could get an uninterrupted night’s sleep. When I thanked one of them for the excellent care, he just said «I like my job.»
