Unique Auto

I was visiting from out of town. I needed to have my car looked at before I drove back home. Vince was so helpful. Got me right in. Had my old car looked at and let me know the recommendations for immediate fix (two tires were about to blow out) and things that I should look out for (a transmission flush in the next 1000 miles). He took me back and showed me how bad my tires were looking and explained things to me in a language I can understand. They didn’t just say it all has to be done. I truly felt that he cared about my well being and my cars well being. Honest, dependable, and hardworking. Huge hats off to Vince, Ted, Brandon, and all the guys who went above and beyond to get me back on the road. 100% recommend Unique Auto to anyone.

We have been using Unique Auto for at least 10 years for service to our vehicles and when we heard that Ted wanted to expand to sales we knew exactly where to go! Service has always been honest and while car maintenance isn’t always cheap, we have always known that Ted and team were doing the best he could for us… often beyond what the manufacturer thought was viable. Unique auto is a class act, for sales and service.

Ted, Vince, and the staff are remarkable at what they do. Honest, integral, and competent. This IS the only local garage and used car sales lot I recommend to my friends. Great job!

No place better in Omaha for car repairs. I will take my car here as long as I am able to drive. The guys are beyond honest. It’s also a great place to look at other cars if you’re into restorations, because they always have very cool older classics in various stages of renovation. Awesome staff!

Vince and his team are awesome to work with. It’s refreshing to work with someone who is honest and trustworthy. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Unique Auto. I would and have recommended them to people who need someone they can trust fixing their vehicles.

These guys were great! I live out of town and had my car break down in Omaha. Talked to Vince and he said he could get me in in a timely manner. They really listened when I told them the symptoms and went through with me the different options and things it could be before doing the work. That was great because I had been taken advantage of at other places in the past.
They got the work done quickly and had me back on the road in no time. And I was pleasantly surprised by the low cost of the repair. They even worked with oriellys to get the warranty on my broken part taken care of. I didn’t have to mess with that at all. (I did have my receipt for my original purchase.) Also they actually call you when they are done, unlike most mechanics.
I highly recommend these guys if you are in the Omaha area.

I took my wife’s van down to Ted and Vince because it would not start for her. Come to find out it was a loose battery cable. They were honest with me and instead of saying there was more wrong with the van than what was actually wrong they tighten the cable and I was on my way. I have since and will continue to recommend Unique Auto to anyone that has issues with their vehicles.

I would give this place 10 stars if possible! Honest mechanics and above and beyond customer service. Highly recommended!

Will definitely be a returning customer! These guys had the sad task of walking me through the many repairs my car needed and were very upfront with me about cost and expectations. I ultimately decided that it was time to say goodbye to my beloved auto, but working with them made me feel like I made a very well-​informed and smart decision. I also appreciated that they didn’t assume I know nothing about cars because I’m female. They were quick with checking everything out and contacting me before doing any repairs. I highly recommend them.

I am glad that I went to this place and will definitely stop here for any vehicle repairs needed in the future. I originally went here because of the good reviews that this place had already received on Unilocal.The man who helped me was very kind and his guys got my problem fixed super fast. The place does not look like a brand new state of the art garage, but don’t let that scare you away, as this may be the reason that they DON’T have to gouge customers to stay in business. I’m happy to say I’ve found a trusted mechanic in town and would recommend anyone to take their vehicle here to be serviced.

Honest and trustworthy. They will let you know what the cost is before they begin, and they give honest opinions on whether it is something you actually need to be fixed.
They let my buddy actually buy his parts somewhere else to save him money. Great guys!!!
