Tickets in Time

Buyer beware! This company is a scam! I purchased tickets to a show almost a year in advance and was promised that all would be fine. In the end, I spent hundreds of dollars for tickets that were valued at $ 50. I only received those tickets because I called and called and called. These people are criminals and should be prosecuted for theft.

I would agree with both reviews below. I ordered my George Strait tickets thru
and these guys just happened to be the vendors filing the ticket order.
I started calling for my tickets a week before the event. Had I not harassed them via email and phone I probably wouldn’t have gotten in. Our tickets were at will call but I got the confirmation # at 4:45pm, and the will call opened at 5:30pm. Damn near ruined our vacation. Will be ordering all my future tickets thru
! So do yourself a favor and do the same.

I bought a ticket back in Sept of 2012 for the P! nk Concert tonight Feb 18, ’13 in San Jose. In the very fine print on the order receipt from
it states tix will be sent by «the Seller» by February 14. «Sent» meaning email one would think. It is now 12 hours before the concert and I still do not have my tickets after many email messages sent by me to both companies, phone calls made, disconnects, rude staff, etc. I bought the tickets from:

, who buys them from the general public. Not only did I pay a hefty price, the fees are high. Now I may be out over $ 300 for the ticket and $ 150 for the room. So know, I will drive from SF to SJ not knowing if I will have my ticket. This is the WORST place to buy tickets from and I WARN everyone. I will use only tried and true vendors from now on and yes I agree with Amy P. that I wish I could give them zero stars. HORRIBLE!

Bad I agree with the other post, bad place to consider getting tickets. We ordered tickets to concert in Lincoln. Their website said noting about maybe not being available only that tickets would arrive on or before a date that was a couple weeks before the concert. They never showed. After five calls they said they are guaranteed and would be here by the day of concert or held at will call for us. Finally got a call day before concert saying they couldn’t provide and was giving us a refund. We didn’t want a refund we wanted the tickets!

Im not sure about Amy P, maybe the company has changed since it has been over a year but mine was a good experience, I did get my tickets, 3 days prior to the show. I know some people would rather have them weeks in advance but sometimes thats just not possible.
Everytime I called I spoke to someone live, Becca and Jared were both very nice to me. Answered all of my questions.
My seats were actually better then I had origionally requested, I was put 3 rows ahead of where I wanted for the same price. Cant beat that.
My tickets were also electronic tickets printed out, but I understand you have to wait to recieve them. Having the expectation to get them months prior is just not going to happen most of the time.
I had a great time at the show and will probably use them again!

Terrible doesn’t even begin to describe this company. Let’s call a spade a spade here; Tickets in Time is, at best a horrifically unethical company, and at worst running a straight up illegal scam.
On June 11, 2012, I bought tickets to see Book of Mormon in San Francisco for today, November 30, 2012. 6 months in advance. Let’s start out by saying, I knew full well I was paying substantially over market rates for the tickets, and I’m 100% ok with that.
That said, about a week ago, after still not receiving the tickets, I began to call Tickets in Time to find out the status. When I was lucky enough to finally get in touch with someone, each person told me different things. Below is a rundown.
Jordan, who I reached first, told me the tickets would be arriving in their office that afternoon, and would be Fedexed to me and I should get them the following day. Didn’t happen.
The next day, I spoke to Ernie. Ernie told me they had electronic copies of my tickets in hand, but were having problems «uploading them.» I asked him why he couldn’t just email them to me directly, since he was stating he had them. Ernie told me that he wasn’t authorized to do that, and only his supervisor AJ could do that. I asked to speak with AJ and was told he wasn’t available, but that I could call the next morning and speak to him.
The next morning, I called and spoke to Tina. Tina informed me that they actually didn’t have the tickets, but their vendor would either be making them available electronically that day or they would be at Will Call. She explained that Ernie had been mistaken (blatantly lied). Tina promised to call me back later in the day to let me know the status. Didn’t happen.
So, later that day, I called back, and after being regularly flushed to VM (they monitor their calls for phone numbers that have called before, so call from a different number if you want to get through) I hit «3» instead of «1» to speak with a broker. I reached Jared. I explained the situation to Jared and also let him know exactly what I thought was going on and that I would be contacting the BBB and Nebraska Attorney General’s office regarding their organization if they continued with this sham. He placed me on hold and came back to tell me that 100% my tickets would be at Will Call.
Now this morning, the day of the show, exactly what I thought was going to happen — happened. I got a call from Becca at Tickets in Time. She apologized but their «vendor of 5 years for the first time ever broke contract with them and canceled their order…» and she was going to be issuing me a refund.
A quick search of the internet reveals that this IS NOT the first time at all that this has happened with them. In fact, this seems to be their MO. Not only did they just not come through, but they lied through their teeth every single step of the way.
Here is the kicker, and what I think is REALLY going on. Last night, I went back to the website and they were STILL selling the same tickets for tonight, except instead of being just under $ 200 per ticket like I paid, they were selling for nearly $ 600 per ticket. Luckily I took a screen shot. Needless to say it appears that they are selling the tickets early on, but for very high in demand shows, they will double sell the same tickets for an even higher profit, and then refund the person who paid the smaller amount. It’s a win-​win for them, since they make profit no matter what. It’s also terribly illegal… and every single person who works there is also accountable for the legal violation.
Now, Becca said that I would have my refund in 3 – 5 days. I will update this post if that’s not the case. My next call is to the Nebraska Attorney General’s office. Fair warning people, if you want hard to find tickets, beware of «official looking sites» and read the fine print BEFORE purchasing… and DO NOT use Tickets in Time. There are other established sites that are far less sketchy. These guys are just slime balls.

Absolutely horrible company! Purchased tickets for a show 7 months in advance and they never were able to produce the tickets. Had me waiting to see if they had tickets until hours before the show. HORRIBLE! DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!!!

are con-​artist. They have web sites in every major city in the U.S. and Canada.(More than 500 web sites) Their web site are designed to mislead the consumer into believing they are dealing with the venue box office, ie

on and on and on. These sites have photos and the history of the venue along with seating configuration. Just like the official box office site, however they appear first, second, or third on the Google list, before you get to the official site. In my case, they charged me more than 2/​½ times the face value of the tickets. They took my credit card information, went to the official venue web site, purchased the tickets, printed them out removing the price section and shipped them to me. This was not a sold out performance with hundreds of tickets available at the box office when mine were purchased. Oh, they have a statement on the site stating that they are not the venue box office. They do, of course, hope that you will miss that. There is nothing legitimate about this business. Stay away and tell your friends.

Tix in Time sends tickets TOTALLY last minute… when I FINALLY got my tickets after countless emails and phone calls, they were just electronic tickets printed from a PDF on 8.5″ x 11″ paper… why couldn’t they have emailed them to me or sent them earlier!!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS! DO NOT use

Tickets in Time is an online ordering service similar to Ticket Master. Ticket Master offered 3 different prices of tickets, $ 53, $ 97, 100 Plus. Ticket in Time had the same offer, but when I ordered the $ 97 ticket I did not realize it was the $ 53 ticket $ 40 of up charge. I called to make a change and they told me too bad. I will never use them again and hope they find their business practices catch up with them.
