History

Established in 2008.

The Good Life Group formed in 2008, when Tim Reeder gathered a team of dynamic Realtors to advance his vision of what the experience of buying and selling real estate should be. The team would put their client’s interests first and act as trusted advisers. They would follow the proven methods of the Buffini system, emphasizing the relationship with each of their clients, and growing their client community by referral.

Tim now leads the team of more than a dozen trained professionals, who share the goal of helping their clients make the best real estate decisions and investments. Borrowing from the great Zig Ziglar, the team believes «You can have everything in life you want if you will just help enough other people get what they want.»

The Good Life Group recently opened an exclusive boutique, branch office of NPDodge, located in Omaha’s beloved Historic Blackstone District.

Tim has been a licensed Realtor in the state of Nebraska and Iowa since 1998. He is a resident of midtown Omaha but most importantly, he specializes in Old and Historic homes. He has helped 100’s of people buy and sell their fantastic historical homes. Tim’s business has also encompassed representing many investors, commercial buyers and sellers, and 100’s of Omaha and Council Bluffs single family residences and new construction home building projects. He has enjoyed the pleasure of success in the Real Estate market by constantly keeping himself ahead of the curve with the latest technology and tools that make your home buying and selling perfect for your needs.
