TC’s Strength and Conditioning program in Omaha, NE is a group training and personal training fitness program that welcomes all fitness levels!
At TC’s Strength and Conditioning, our routines incorporate full body weight lifting, core training, cardio focused activities, and much more! The program combines dynamic styles of weight lifting, core training and endurance activities. You will also be provided with nutritional guidance and all of the tools necessary for exceeding your fitness goals at your own pace!
There are several membership options and programs offered.
Tim Collins is a certified personal trainer and the owner of TC’s Strength and Conditioning. Through this training process you will not only feel your body begin to function better and look better, but also the true essence of a quality lifestyle will be revealed!

Tim Collins is a certified personal trainer, Wayne State College graduate, BA Sport Management 2007, Master trainer with over 12,000 sessions served. Also a National Academy of Sports Medicine Corrective Exercise Specialist, American Council on Exercise Certified Trainer, Crossfit Level One Trainer, and a Live-Well Nebraska blogger for the Omaha World-Herald. Tim looks forward to getting you started on a fitness program that accommodates your goals.
