T O Haas Tire & Auto

I would never take your car here to be serviced by this business. I broke down in Omaha on my way home and took my Ford Escape in to T.O. Haas to see if they could get me back on the road. They serviced my car with a new rear catalytic converter and advised me that if I did not get the engine coils and two front cats looked at soon I would run into more trouble. OK, will do. After being guaranteed multiple times that I would make it home, I broke down again no more than 2 hours after leaving the shop with the same problem. After towing it an additional 130 miles to my home town mechanic, I learned that the part they put in for me was completely destroyed. When I called to see if the part was under warranty or if I could get my money back for the useless service, they refused and told me it was my fault. I ended up throwing away hundreds of dollars, time, and effort to an untrustworthy establishment. I would never take my car to T.O. Haas, they are an incompetent mechanic shop that does not care about the well being of their customers.

More than 2 years later and I still take my car here and recommend these guys to friends as well. They consistently have the same experiences I do, which I love to hear.

This place is awesome. Friendly owner/​staff and the kind of shop that harkens back to the days when people really took care of their customers and were all about quality of service instead of quantity.
I source of all my tire-​related services from this T.O. Haas, and I feel confident that they’d do a great job at any of their other offerings as well. This location is also currently remodeling… can’t wait to see the final result!
