The final product was nice. However it took too long to fix arrangement. Standard response was«it will be here tomorrow» which turned into a three day delay. Makes you want to give another florist an opportunity. Will not return any time soon

First hint to Stems… hire someone pleasant to answer your phone. Twice I’ve called for arrangements and twice I’ve been so put off by the«tude» of the woman who mans the phone in the morning, I say forget it and go elsewhere. Second hint… gas prices have gone down dramatically. Your $ 15 delivery fee within the Omaha metro is RIDONKULOUS! Are you a florist or a delivery service? Charge me more for your work, but do not try to chump me with fees. You look petty. Third…you’re not the only game in town. There was a time when all you could get in Omaha were FTD style arrangements. No longer the case. Stems still thinks they’re the coolest kid in school… unfortunately…they are delusional. Almost every florist has some amazing modern, unique, arrangements available in shop or will custom create an arrangement for you. Stems…you’ve become a rude, pretentious, snob and all without any real cause. Good bye, overpriced and over rated…

I received flowers today that were awful. My office staff all talked together and said how awful they were before I had even said anything. The roses were wilted and turning brown. The flowers looked as if they had just been shoved in a glass of water. When I called to complain the manager was argumentative. She eventually said she would have someone come get the original and they would send another arrangement. It was better, though not great. There are plenty of great flower shops in Omaha. Go elsewhere.

I ordered flowers from out of town. They must no have known I was going to be in town to see the final product, as it was a disappointment given the price. Try somebody else.

We use stems at countryside almost exclusively in the Omaha area. They are fair value for the quality of flowers, always arrange in modern and interesting ways. This was the florist who made the flower arrangements for our wedding and we couldn’t have been happier or received better compliments. They’ve also helped us with a few funerals, and have managed to make tasteful arrangements which aren’t ‘funeral sprays’. They say they don’t use baby’s breath as a rule, and that is a rule I’m happy with!
