Paul the Plumber

Paul is a great plumber. Does a fantastic job, listens to customers, and is very affordable… the best thing is he’s a small business, support your local small business he provides much better customer service than the guys in the big fancy Mercedes vans and has done work for many friends and family members of mine, all work has also been top notch and quality work.

Paul is Great and came to the rescue on a Monday morning on his day off. Fixed leaking toilet shut off valve in no time. Saved us from having house water shut off for longer than needed. And loved our dogs.

Paul showed up when promised, friendly and reasonably priced. I have found my plumber for future needs. I would recommend.

My husband and I hired Paul shortly after we moved into our first home. Our house needed a lot of work: we needed to replace our water heater, have two drains reinstalled, and our kitchen sink reset into our new kitchen countertops.
We shopped around for plumbers, and Paul had the best prices. He installed our new heater and hauled away our old water heater for a third of the price Home Depot’s home install service quoted us. He is very pleasant to talk to and we have been very satisfied with the work he did for us.
Paul owns his own business, so scheduling him can be difficult. We had to reschedule a few times because other clients had projects that took longer than expected, and this wasn’t a big deal for us since I’m a teacher and had this summer free, but it could be challenging for others. His work is of good quality though, so he’s worth waiting for.

I highly recommend Paul the Plumber. When MUD came to replace my water meter, they couldn’t get the water shut off either at the meter or outside at the stop box. So they told me I had to replace BOTH the inlet at the meter and the stop box outside by the street, and within 30 days, which would have meant digging up my yard and maybe even the sidewalk, which would have been a huge expense. After I talked to MUD and got nowhere, Paul went to bat with MUD for me and MUD was fine with just replacing the indoor inlet so they could replace the meter. Not only did Paul do a great job at a reasonable price, he went the extra mile so I wouldn’t have to incur a prohibitive extra expense. That’s what I call Service!

Had a new kitchen faucet to install that I picked up from Menards. I would have done it myself, but there weren’t any shutoff valves below the sink so I decided to have Paul do it and put in shutoffs.
He was there EXACTLY when he said he would be and only took 45 mins to do a remarkable job ! The estimate he gave me over the phone before I scheduled the work was exactly what he billed me.
I would recommend Paul to anyone and will be a loyal customer to him in the future. He really exemplifies a business putting the customer first. You don’t find that very often anymore. Excellent service, excellent work and very reasonable pricing too. The faucet I purchased from Menards cost more than Paul charged me to put it in and add shutoff valves !

We hired Paul to put in a new sink, faucet and shut off valve in our kitchen. He was very pleasant, reasonably priced and did a great job. He also cleaned up after himself which I really appreciated. We will gladly call him again when needed and highly recommend him to anyone needing a plumber. Thanks Paul!

Showed up right on time and got my problem fixed quickly at a reasonable price. Also gave me some helpful hints for preventing a recurrence of the problem. I had also used them a couple of years ago and they were great then too.

He installed a new kitchen sink and garbage disposal and replaced some corroded pipes under the sink for us a few weeks ago. He’s very nice, his prices are reasonable, and his work is excellent!
