My doctor recommended this company to provide oxygen therapy. After trying it I did not fell there was a significant improvement and asked that they remove the equipment from my home. I called several times over a 6 month period but was told 1: I needed a release from my doctor which was obtained. 2: I had to sign papers but she wasn’t able to pick up the equipment at that time. All the while they continued to bill my insurance. I finally was able to get them to come out to pick it up but they continue to bill me for the copay over the period I was trying to get them to take the equipment away. I called and was told they would remove the charge as there was a note about removing the equipment back last year. But now 3 months later I am once more billed. UPDATE: They did stop billing me. Apparently they cycle hadn’t finished. If you need this therapy and plan on staying with it, they seem to be very polite and knowledgeable. But they need to make some changes in how they communicate within the organization.
