My wife, daughter, and I went to this Old Navy a couple weeks ago and our experience was great.
We found some clothes at awesome, clearance prices and the customer service in the dressing room and at the register were both top notch.
It was in the middle of a Saturday, so some of the clothing racks were in disarray, but still manageable.
I will definitely be going back to Old Navy whenever I’m at Westroads to find some cheap clothes.
