Oasis gets 4 stars for its wide variety of services, great therapists, and its tranquil setting. There were some little things that kept it from getting a perfect rating.
I went to oasis for a spa day to pamper myself. I had an hour massage, facial, and pedicure. The services are not cheap… more expensive than many other places in the area. I have to say, however, that at each step of the process from check in to the transition between services to the services themselves, everything was seamless. The entire experience is designed to promote relaxation.
My massage was excellent. The linens on the table were incredibly high quality and luxurious. The table warmer was adjusted for my comfort, as was the head rest. My therapist not only showcased excellent technique, but she also seemed concerned with my stress and wellbeing. She gave me some tips for stretching and massage at home. I wasn’t expecting that! One little thing I didn’t like was that she left the lights on full brightness for the duration of the massage. Perhaps they didn’t dim, but if that’s the case they should definitely consider a dimmer. The music was also quite loud at times. I like a little in the background, but there were points in the massage where the speakers were cracking. Too loud.
The pedicure was actually done as I was up on a facial table. The table was already warm and toasty with sheets and blankets and pillows. I got a warm eye mask for the duration. A bolster went under my knees and the pedicurist sat at my feet. It was the most insanely comfortable way to get a pedicure… I highly recommend it! Instead of soaking my feet, lots of hot towels were used. The pedicure was very relaxing – but I wouldn’t be able to get my pedicures here exclusively. The lack of soaking and heel buffing made it less useful and practical.
The facial was the least enjoyable service of the three. The first moisturizer or mask she put on really didn’t smell good. The esthetician had me flip around on the table and lie flat. My low back started to hurt and after I couldn’t take it anymore, I asked for the bolster back. That seemed to help, but as it was my final service, I felt that some of the earlier massaging was counteracted. She did do a good job on extractions, but felt she could have been more thorough. There were also no buffing or energizing machines used. Her massage techniques were great though. And while my mask was doing its work, I was treated to a long scalp massage.
Overall I enjoyed my spa experience… but for the price, I was hoping for those little extra touches.

I was unsure what to expect when I booked this massage. I am spoiled rotten from the Healing Waters chain & had very high expectations.
When I arrived, I was greeted by name, as if they were expecting me. Right off the bat, I was impressed.
I booked a facial, spa pedicure & hour massage. The aesthetician asked important questions to ensure she understood my concerns & gave appropriate recommendations. We started with the pedi, so my polish was well dry before the massage. It was so relaxing! The massage was great, never felt rushed & the masseuse took his time. I felt important as a client & left feeling fantastic!
Only tip I would suggest, would be to explain the experience to the client. Let them know what they can expect as soon as they check in. There were a couple of times I was unsure as to what or where I needed to be (aesthetics take place in a different room than the massage). Although, I’ve had several massages, every spa has a different way of doing things. It would have been more comforting to know ahead of time.
Otherwise, I really enjoyed my massage & found it to be rewarding. I will go back & recommend to several friends.

After a not so stellar first experience, the business owner reached out to me with an apology and asked me to come back. I am so glad I did because the facial was wonderful.
She analyzed my skin and used a combination of products for my skin concerns. She listened to my concerns and gave great recommendations. This time I did receive my head, shoulder and face massage along with the hand treatment, which made a huge difference in my experience.
My skin feels incredible now. All is well and I will be returning.

I have been going to this wonderful Spa place for years. Also, I buy spa treatment packages for my family members and they are thrilled with their experiences as well. I have never had a problem getting in and always make my next appointment before I leave just in case it falls around a more than busy time, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day. The receptionist is very efficient with a friendly personality. The manager is caring, conscientious and very customer service oriented! Highly recommend this place!!!

i go with the others GET AN APPOINTMENT AS SOON as you can! go on i’ll wait until you do that and then you can continue reading. i had spa package two (very reasonable) with a facial and wrap and an hour massage today. it was an Oasis. one we all need to go to frankly. often. if people went to Oasis Massage and Spa we all would be happy happy campers because i totally am one now. from start to finish my experience was wonderful. i have sensitive skin one of the reasons i ended up going organic a few years ago. and the lotions did not bother me at all and i was loathe to shower at home because i smelled like «day spa». my skin which i know i needed to moisturize better head to toe with this winter weather. is wonderfully soft and my face tzone looks so much better. the wrap was awesome. and the last the massage. that was really wonderful. 60 minutes. since it had been years since i had one i forgot how awesome they are. Thank you my Oasis Massage & spa i love you!

Visiting Omaha on business and needed a massage. I had a 60 minute with Dennis. He was fantastic. I’ve had many, many massages over the years at luxurious spas and more budget friendly places. This was the best hands down. He found the muscle that was causing all my problems and it released. The price is very reasonable. Highly recommend!

This review is for Ericka Forbes, whom I had the pleasure of receiving a massage this week! I was in Omaha on business and popped in for a quick 30 minute deep tissue. She is amazing! There are massage therapists who can feel around and just get it, as far as where you need focus and attention. One of the best massages I have ever received and I look forward to my next trip to Omaha …
