I understand why this place is three stars. Completely average service. Thankfully no wait(but I went at 11am on a Sunday) so I’m not sure if there ever is a wait. They use paper towels rather than cloth towels at the manicure stations, no gloves, but do have sinks and hand sanitizer ready. They reuse Emory boards, but the other tools seemed cleaned. The gel manicure was simple and quick. In and out no frills

I like the ease of just being able to walk in they had someone over to me within 3 mins. The atmosphere wasn’t completely great it just felt like they were more worried about getting me in and out more of a quantity over equality. My favorite part was the hot stone and warm towel so I was overall given an pretty decent service.

this nail place is great! came here with a friend and was concerned because there weren’t any reviews, but the staff were friendly and professional, and the nails came out great! I was very happy with my French manicure, and my friend with her pedicure. Would definitely come here again!

Terrible experience. I generally get a mani(gel) and pedi every two weeks. Getting your nails done is supposed to be a relaxing enjoyable experience. This particular time I had gel nails on and had painted over them with with nail polish and sparkles for Halloween. I knew it was going to be a pain to remove and as such had planned to tip even better than generous. The staff was clearly appalled with my nail situation, three of them looking at them and chatting on about it. After getting my hands pushed away three times in disgust, they finally got down to business. The pedi was crap. There was absolutely no exfoliation and dead skin removal. The massage was simply a lotion being applied. They applied 6 coats of nail polish that if course didn’t Ryan and eventually got ruined as my socks got stuck to them. The mani was appalling. Same story with lotion«massage» and I walked out of there still with some of my old nail polish and new nail polish all over the skin on the pads of my finger tips. Also, who shows ESPN at a nail salon?

On a short trip to Omaha for a wedding, I had some time to kill and getting a pedicure seemed to be the right amount of time wasting. Nail and Spa is located in the mall and offers nail an waxing services. It’s not a spa by any means. I was immediately sat as soon as I walked in. There is a large selection of polishes, but they are completely unorganized. It would be nice if they were grouped by color. The pedicure itself was on par with other nail salons I have been to. They offer 3 level of pedicure, but I just got the basic. Actually, I’m getting it right now(woot iPhone reviewing!). The massage portion was just okay. They wear gloves which I’m okay with, but they fitted loose so you could feel them during the leg massage. I also noticed she spent a lot more time on my shins than on my feet. Standard massage chair and foot bath. Nothing special but it gets the job done.
