When I found out someplace, anyplace, other than Jimmy Johns delivered to my work I was so excited. Then to my surprised when there were multiple options from sandwiches to pasta to soup I was more excited. Then guess what? The food actually tasted amazing! The chipotle chicken sandwich is SOGOOD. The bacon potato soup is also excellent. The only downfall is delivery can take 45 min to 1 hour so as long as you order well ahead of what time you want to eat, shouldn’t be a huge deal. I will be keeping the phone number on my desk for sure!

I frequent this location at least once a week during my lunch hour. The sandwiches are delicious! The bread is soft and fresh, not stale and crusty like the sandwich shop across the street. The veggies are plentiful and always crisp. The icing on the cake is that the meat is sliced fresh and not prepackaged junk sitting in a bin all day. I do find $ 10 to be a bit pricey for a foot long turkey combo but the quality surpasses the other sub shops in the area. However, the customer service is almost non existent. I often feel as if I am an inconvenience to one particular employee. I am barely acknowledged before I am being rushed into ordering. The food alone is worth 4 stars, the lack of customer service drops it down to 3 stars for me.

Traffic was light. As soon as I said I’d like a #3, the three people behind the counter erupted into talking a mile a minute at me almost all at the same time. «What size?”“What kind of Bread?». «What toppings». The next question being asked overlapping the previous. In the confusion I asked, «what are the sizes?» to which the thin gentleman replied without eye contact, «well it’s says it right there, but I guess I can read it for you…» The sandwiches are OK, and I understand food retail is no cakewalk — but the hurry up, depersonalized and rude attitude I received here was highly disappointing. With 4 other sandwich places nearby, I doubt I will be returning.

Meet and cheese sliced fresh to order. Bread is always fresh and fluffy. Better than subway and jimmy johns.

Disappointed with my first experience here. I went to the location out by village point because I had a groupon and wanted to try it. The older lady with short red hair that took my order was very rude, impatient and intimidating. I was scared to ask for soup cause it seemed like one little thing would send her over the edge. I feel bad for the young guys that have to work with her. They were very pleasant. The sub was not good. I got the California turkey club. All ingredients that I love but first it was very hard to eat, you couldn’t even close the sandwich. And it didn’t taste good I couldn’t finish it all cause it was gross. Too much ranch and globs of melted cheese. The broccoli cheddar soup was good but I prefer panera’s. I was expecting very good things from Mr. Goodcents but was highly disappointed. I might give them another try but I won’t get my hopes up next time

I debated on 3 or 4 stars here. The food is 4 stars; we ate lunch here every day we were in town for work. The chipotle cheesesteak sub was that good. The service is the questionable part. Everyone was so nice and attentive. I was offered a free drink and cookie while I waited for my group take out order. The problem is, I think, that the employees try to do to too much at once and are so busy they don’t communicate effectively. No one wrote down my order and obviously couldn’t remember what it was, which meant I had to retell them 3 or 4 times what I ordered, what kind of bread I wanted, what toppings should go on the sandwhiches. Two people were working on it, and while one would come ask me to clarify or repeat, he wouldn’t share it with the other and than I had the second person come out a minute later and ask me the same thing again. Not a deal breaker, but maybe an inefficiency that could easily be fixed with the system. You are a busy sub shop at lunch; no one is going to judge you for writing down the order so you get it right the first time. Other than that A+ on fast, fun, and friendly – Target, this is where you should recruit your staff.

I’m writing this for the location next to Village Pointe, and I have to say that this is definitely a notch above Subway. My coworkers recommended this place as a good sandwich option close to my work, and I walked into the place a bit apprehensive. I was impressed to see that they slice your meat and cheese to order, not pre-cut like Subway. Nice touch. I ordered the Goodscents Original sandwich on the sandwich maker’s recommendation(do they have a professional name for this?), and it definitely hit the spot. However, I wish they offered a larger veggie selection. Will be returning to try more menu items.

I’ve tried a bunch of the sandwich places around town because I love sandwiches. Italian subs are my favorite. This place uses some good meats and cheeses, the bread is really good too. The bread is soft and fluffy, one of the best breads I’ve had anywhere. Their half sub is 8″, or you can get a 12″ for $ 5, or the full 16″ sub. Prices are really good.
