History

Established in 2010.

Dr. Izadi earned his medical degree at Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska. Following medical school, he completed a general surgery internship at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and an orthopedic surgery residency at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque. He further specialized and completed a fellowship in hand, upper extremity and microsurgery at the Indiana Hand to Shoulder Center in Indianapolis. Immediately after fellowship, he returned to Omaha, Nebraska, to join Methodist Physicians Clinic.

As a fellowship trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder surgery, I have the expertise to treat traumatic, acute, and chronic orthopedic conditions of the upper extremity. I am deeply committed to providing the highest quality of personalized care to my patients through up-​to-​date surgical techniques.

My practice primarily focuses on the upper extremity (fingertip to shoulder). It is my mission to provide you with outstanding service and the best medical care possible.
