Wow experience! I was new in town and needed an oil change for my car. I «yelped and this place showed up. I was greeted with a warm friendly smiling, welcome by the new service manager. He escorted me and my baby girl to the lounge, «warmer weather» as he called it, and not only offered coffee, but also fresh water to my baby girl. He is great! Service was completed in under the time I was told for waiting and I could see the service manager hustling. My little girl forgot her iPad in the lounge and he returned it to her. And, I decided to get extra work done on my car because of the Wow. Awesome!

Always professional and fast. Great for fleet vehicles. Fairly clean and hot coffee. Bench available for outdoor seating.

I spent an arm and a leg and they didn’t even vacuum out the car. They were nice, but the whole vacuuming thing bugs me.

Staff serviced my vehicle quickly and didn’t try to oversell anything. Was a great experience!

Little Slow there. especially when I asked how long it would be I was in a bit of a hurry. He said o well get you right in. hour later…

All the driving took a toll on the Santa Fe and I needed to get the oil changed. We are almost at 75K on the odometer, the SUV is soon to be considered a senior citizen and needs to be treated accordingly.
Jason and I pulled into the lot without an appointment and was greeted warmly. The gentleman took my information for a simple oil change and the keys. I was told it was going to be about 30 to 45 minutes. Okay no worries, I could use a cup of coffee and there was a Starbucks over in the Baker’s. Jason made noises in protest about going to Starbucks so we crossed the street to QT. I hadn’t been there before and that’s another review…
Upon returning, we settled into the waiting room and climbed into our respective phones. My name gets called and the nice lady takes me over to a computer and we go over my information. I upgrade the oil change as they will now check my other fluids and top them off if needed. I also change the wipers as the last set got baked in the sun and we are moving into winter. There’s a tail light out? And a brake light? Yes, please replace the bulbs as that’s a safety issue and a ticketable offense.
My tech was named Jakob and had a great sense of humor. When I threatened to beat him and his cohort with a windshield wiper if they broke the arm, he laughed. The Lead mech, an older gentleman who was bald with a Van Dyke and cool as hell, asked me to wait until he got his phone ready before I beat them. They are a fun bunch there. Anyway…
The work was done in a timely manner and very reasonably priced. I feel they did a good job and instilled enough confience in me to briing my car back to have more work done when needed.

These guys were awesome, they made me feel like they wanted my business. They did the job right and fast and didn’t charge me a fortune unlike most other places in Omaha. And the guy I dealt with was really professional… I think his name was Aaron. It was an all around good experience, I will go back.

Fine if you don’t want to make an appointment somewhere else and have over an hour to burn sitting around… For some reason I was under the illusion that this would be a quick stop but an hour later here I am sitting in the waiting room catching up on my Unilocaling.
The guy running the shop seems to know what he’s talking about but they’re definitely about the upselling here… «can we wash your windows, check your fluids, top off the windshield fluid, check your tire pressure, etc?» And they have a full range of other services too that they may or may not recommend based on the mileage of your car.
In summary, now that I’m at my computer and can finish my review, the whole thing was kind of a blah experience. I know it’s hard for some people to get excited about car maintenance in general, but it just wasn’t nearly as convenient as I’d hoped it would be.

Quick friendly service. Nice (but not super clean) waiting area with free coffee and a flat screen on the wall for you to watch.
My only problem with them is that they usually forget to reset my «change oil» light.
