We needed a radon fan replaced. They were able to do it quickly, and without problem. We were selling our house at the time, and they worked well with the realtor.
The people who bought our house got some really bad advice from the home inspector about radon systems. Jerry’s did a great job helping to find a solution (for a non-​existent problem).
They occasionally have some time management problems, but I was okay with that because I was happy with their work and customer service.

Bad customer service. They installed a Radon Mitigation in our house prior to our purchase of it as part of the closing. It was fine for 1 month and than it appeared to be leaking. After several trips turns out it was installed under a pluming that leaked. It was fixed by installing a simple stop at the top of the gauge. When they did that we were charged because it was «not their fault» there was a leak.
What not just install the stop EVERY time you put a gauge under exposed pluming???
