Update: They took another payment out of my account after telling me the payments would be stopped a month ago. The owner refuses to apologize for her mistake.
NEVER sign up anywhere they won’t let you pay as you go. They make you sign up for auto payments and even though you sign up for a specific time period, they will keep taking money from your account after that time period ends. This policy is in tiny print and they don’t send you a reminder. If you don’t see the fine print, forget, or don’t tell them in writing to cancel you well in advance, they will keep taking your money and not give a refund. Companies who care about their customers will let you pay manually or they will ask you if you want to continue after the time period for which you sign up. I like doing Jazzercise but I will NEVER return and I will never sign up anywhere that forces me to sign up for auto payments.
