Our company provides TaxPrep Work plans for both small and large companies. TaxPrep work plans are organized programs designed to compile paperwork, receipts, tax documents, bank statements and invoices into a tax summary report ready for income tax filing. We file and prepare tax returns for both personal and Schedule C filers, late tax filers and amended tax returns.

History

Established in 1998.

Our business started in 1998 as Small Business Services IVT LLC providing tax, bookkeeping, QuickBooks accounting, payroll, consulting and IT computer support. IT Tax & Business Solutions became our primary tax division in 2012 providing business and tax solutions worldwide.

Business Owner

Irene was inspired to start this business as a teenager. She helped neighbors, family and friends file handwritten tax returns 40+ years ago. Irene has a passion to help small business owners and individuals who are starting a new business properly setup, organize and manage their finances.
