History

Established in 1990.

Igel Orthodontics was founded by Dr. Kort Igel. After Dr. Igel graduated from the Creighton University School of Dentistry, he went on to receive his masters degree and Certification in Orthodontics at the University of Nebraska.

Igel Orthodontics has been voted the «Best Orthodontist» in Omaha Magazine’s «Best of Omaha» as well as the award of the Reader’s Choice for Best of the Big O to our patients and appreciate the recognition since 2008! Kort A. Igel, D.D.S., M.S.

Dr. Igel, a native of Omaha, graduated from the Creighton University School of Dentistry. His Master’s Degree and Certificate in Orthodontics were conferred by the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Dr. Igel is a past Clinical Professor of Orthodontics at the University of Nebraska Medical Center School of Dentistry and past Clinical Professor of Orthodontics at Creighton University School of Dentistry. Dr. Igel’s research and articles have been published in several orthodontic journals.
