Greg Wayman came to my home to do the Radon testing as well as the home inpectuon. I was very disappointed. The day of the inspection he told the potential buyers there was a crack in my furnace. When he retirned the next day to pick up the Radon testing equipment he offered to show me where the crack was. He was unable to find the crack. He pointed at a small screw and asked if i could see the crack near it. I did not see any sign of a crack, he then pointed to the screw next to the first one and said maybe it was there. I was upset at this point. He couldnt even find the crack and the buyer did back out of the sale.
I have a home warranty and called them for service based on Greg’s assessment of my furnace. No crack was found. My furnace is in perfecr working condition according to the technician who came to service it.
I do NOT recommend Greg from F2R his opinion cost me a service fee and more importantly the sale of my home. Buyer beware.

Greg from F-​2-​R did a very thorough job inspecting our prospective home in August prior to close. We had him complete the full home inspection as well as the radon test. The results saved us thousands in potential out-​of-​pocket expenses thanks to contingencies we added to the purchase agreement, and provided us a clear understanding of non-​priority issues that we’d need to take care of on our own. Getting the video results on a USB stick is a nice touch as well. Greg is quite personable, and I found him to err on the side of caution when making recommendations and giving advice. He welcomes you to join him during the inspection if you’d like, in order to get an in-​depth look at the property prior to buying. If you opt to do so, just be sure the buyer and seller’s agents are both well aware that you’ll be present during the whole inspection, not just the walk-​through.
Your agent may try to steer you to one of their preferred inspectors– be sure to do your research and do your best choose an inspector that will work for your interests, not your agent’s!

As a young couple looking to buy our first house together, we wanted to make sure that the home we fell in love with was safe for us to live in. Because of Greg, we know that it is. I would recommend him to anyone! After seeing 39 amazing Google reviews on this company and a quick phone call, my fiancé knew that Greg was the guy for us. I was a bit worried because I saw some reviews saying that Greg addressed problems that weren’t real and had caused some potential buyers to not buy a house, but I am so glad that Greg does as thorough of work as he does. He is very honest and just wants home buyers to know what they are getting in to. He will tell you if something needs to be fixed ASAP or not. He takes a video during his inspection which is incredibly valuable. First, if there are problems, you have proof to show anyone. Second, if he gives you advice on how to fix something in the future, you can refer back to that video. He does cost a little more than the average, but I’m telling you, it’s so worth it! A poor home inspector can have you end up spending thousands. I would recommend Greg to anyone!
