Worst Customer Service EVER!!! I was in last week to buy a few items, spent over $ 200 on clothes. I had a coupon but forgot it at home. The Sales clerk (who was a manager) told me that it was no big deal, I could just bring my Receipt and the Coupon back into the store within 15 days and she could do a price adjustment for me. I went back into the store the next week and the manager that was working told me that there was no way they could do this. She was rude and then told me that I would have to call customer service. I did and they told me that I would have to go back into the store for a 3^rd time to have them return the items and re ring them as a new transaction. I told her that was unacceptable as the prices for the shirts were different from what they were before. They are unwilling to do anything about it. I will never shop Express again, sad since they have great clothes.

I love Express and their trendy clothing. Their clothing is a little bit of a higher price, but I always shop the sale and save a lot of money. They offer a rewards program as well as online shopping. The people in the store are friendly and there’s always a little gem waiting in the clearance section. I always try and buy my husband colorful socks from this place. Only fit up to about a size 12 – 14.
