Elmer’s Lock & Safe was founded in 1985 by Elmer Howard. Shane Carroll, Elmer’s Son-in-law, purchased the family business in 2010 and is the current owner and operator of Elmer’s Lock and Safe.

Shane Carroll is the current owner and operator of Elmer’s Lock & Safe. Shane purchased the family business in 2010. Shane is a professional Locksmith and Safe-smith. Shane learned the locksmith trade from his father-in-law Elmer Howard, who founded the company in 1985. Shane specializes in commercial & residential locksmith work, safe opening & combination changes, and installing commercial grade hardware.
