First and last time ever coming here!!!
I ordered inside and got donuts for my kids, a coffee for myself and a turkey bacon cheddar on flatbread.
When I got home there was no bacon on my bacon sandwich. I drive back there and take it in. They make me a fresh one… I decide to check it before I leave and they threw a cold piece of cheese on it and didn’t even warm it up this time!!!
So at this point I just want my money back. The manager did not apologize nor offer me anything for my inconvenience!
Not to mention I had to watch the drive thru girl snack on donut holes in front of everyone while she was picking up food boxes and sending them out the window.
Eeewwww! I was completely disgusted and will never step foot in a Dunkin Donuts ever again!

Went through the drive-​through a few days ago and ordered a medium peppermint mocha. When I got to the window the kid asked if I’d ordered a large coffee. I told him «no, I had a medium peppermint mocha.» About 10 seconds later he hands me a large cup and tells me they gave me a large instead. As I pulled away and took a sip I realized they’d just given me a large coffee and quickly threw in some mocha and peppermint syrup to cover the mistake.
Went through the drive-​through today and asked for a caramel macchiato. They asked me if I wanted any flavoring in it, uhh, no, it’s all in the name. Again, as I pulled away and took a sip I realized they’d handed me a «macchiato» with no flavoring. Why ask for a caramel macchiato if you have to tell them to put the caramel flavoring in it? I won’t be stopping there anymore.

This location is good on weekdays. The donuts are fresh and they have good service. I’ve learned to avoid them on weekends after the peak morning hours. They have a limited selection and the service is pretty checked out. If you do go, be sure to ask them to repeat the order back to you at the window.
