Jeff Ockinga started Complete Comfort in 1998. He had the vision of providing his customers with top quality HVAC service; from servicing existing equipment, duct sizing and design, indoor air quality to installation of new equipment. Jeff is an expert in traditional heating and cooling as well as geothermal heating and cooling.

Excellent work and customer service. I will be using Complete Comfort Heating and Cooling from now on (I was using a different company before). Bill C. was my technician; he was so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He really puts the customer first and showed/​explained everything he was doing. Our furnace was acting funny, and he did a great job. He pointed out that our igniter was starting to show some significant wear, but didn’t think it was bad enough to replace quite yet. I really appreciated his honesty. Overall, top-​notch service!

Great customer service!
Our furnace unfortunately went out on the worst day of the year — New Year’s Eve (12⁄31).
We called the morning and they had a tech come by noon. After looking at our 25 year old furnace, told us that the inducer was out and due to the holiday circumstances, won’t be able to get it replaced until that Monday (¼).
We decided to get a new furnace (since it’s super old, and the inducer has history of failing every year or two). Due to the holidays, Angie told us we would be able to get someone in on Saturday (½), which means it’ll be two days without heat (not ideal).
However, we were pleasantly surprised that they had arranged for someone to come in and install our heat ON NEW YEARS DAY! They came right on time, and got to work immediately. The techs worked super hard to make sure we had heat that day! Jeff also came by and gave us all the details! Even though there was more to be done, they worked around it to make sure we had heat!
I would highly recommend Complete Comfort Heating and Cooling! Thank you!

I love this company. They stand by their work, there are never additional charges if they have to come back. Jeff came out on a holiday weekend when the air conditioner failed, I had a house full of company and he saved the day. They are always prompt, efficient, and highly competent. Danny and Vlad (and others whose names I failed to note, but who were equally skilled) just installed a new furnace and cooling system. I couldn’t be happier with the work, the price and the warranty and service agreement. I highly recommend Complete Comfort.

I called at 630 this morning when my house was 56 degrees. I got 2 follow up calls to let me know somebody would be at my house between 8 – 9. Bill Coleman arrived on time just before 8. Everybody I talked to were so friendly and helpful.
Bill took care of my furnace and recommended the maintenance plan to keep problems from happening again. He took the time to explain everything that was covered and what I would be saving. He even explained what caused my furnace to stop and what needed to be done.
I am sold on the plan and Complete Comfort. Angie and Jeff and Bill were all amazing. Thank you for bringing heat back to my house.

Complete Comfort recently installed a new AC unit for us. It was a great experience all-​around.
When we scheduled our estimate, the salesman was polite and accommodating. He was informative and explained the procedures and projects without being pushy. We felt very comfortable with the company after meeting with him.
The installation went great as well. The two installers were respectful, courteous and professional. There were a couple of unexpected issues that arose during the installation, but they were able to handle them.
We would definitely recommend Complete Comfort and they will be the first company we call for any AC/​Furnace related issues.

I had an excellent review for the technician that came out and inspected our current furnace and A/​C and now I have an excellent review for the installers that completed our furnace install and A/​C repair. They were on-​time, polite, pleasant and followed through with exactly with what they said they were going to do. They were recommended by two separate friends and I will also recommend them to anyone. Our install team was Kelly and another equally nice man who’s name I cannot recall…
Very honest pricing and evaluation from the beginning!

Issues with getting a broken air purifier part covered under warranty. It is still in the Warranty period, and has already broken once They are putting it off as the vendor will not warranty the Item I did speak with the manufacturer «Guardian Air» And they stated they would for sure warranty it and already have done so once. And that complete comfort would have to submit the warranty but they refused to.
If you want a company who will stand behind there work this is not one of them

Jeff from Complete Comfort made a huge improvement in our home heating and cooling system and did so in such a way that our system is much more efficient.
I own an old home (built in 1918) and had significant problems with heating and cooling. We talked to 5 different HVAC contractors including Jeff, and all of the other contractors suggested solutions that would require significant exterior modification to our old home. Jeff owns an older home as well, and understands the issues with working in old homes and preserving their charms. Plus, now our heating and cooling bills are half what they were and our house is actually habitable in extreme temperatures.
