Bath & Body Works

I usually go to the Bath and Body Works located in Shadow Lake; however, I was in the Regency area and had a coupon for 20% off my next purchase as well as a free travel size item.
I walked in the door and was greeted by a friendly smile. The store was very well kept, everything looked perfectly in place. The worker asked if I needed any help, and I replied that I was just looking at the candles. She then said, sounds good they are 50% off, if you need anything, just come find me. I was then left alone to smell all of the wonderful scented candles. I decided on one, then went to the counter. It was the same worker who welcomed me, and she was very friendly and kind during the checkout process. We talked for about 5 minutes. I felt very welcomed and that she was very genuine and enjoyed her job.
Bath and Body Works does a great job with sending out coupons and honoring the coupons on top of their sale items. Also, this particular store had about the best customer service I have experienced and it was very well kept.

Only been in here once, but it was a very pleasant experience. The gal who helped me was very nice and courteous. Sometimes the B&Bw employees jump on you when you enter — especially at the malls, but this place they didn’t. Maybe because there was only one worker in there and me at the time. It was on an early evening on the 1^nd weekend after Thanksgiving. The place was dead… but it was very well stocked and like I said the employee was very helpful. Cant remember her name at this time, but we chatted it up for 10 or so minutes as I shopped.
