Floor plans are available for every lifestyle. There are one and two bedroom units in various floor plans ranging from 705 to 1550 square feet. Each apartment offers large windows, walk-​in closets (except smallest), fully equipped kitchens, washer and dryers, and private patios with beautiful views. A parking stall in our climate controlled garage is only $ 50 per month.

History

Established in 1998.

The Arboretum on Farnam Drive offers 3 entrances. The main Arboretum section and Glen wing were built in 1998. The Grove wing was added in 2000.

The Arboretum was originally built and opened using a ‘condo’ type of pricing structure where residents purchased their apartments.

In 2011, The Arboretum was purchased by America First and switched over to a rental pricing structure.
