Tuscan Sanctuary

I used a groupon and scheduled a pedicure. I also scheduled a brow wax and dye which I paid full price for. The person who did the brow wax was very nice and professional. The person who did the pedicure was extremely rude and lazy. One of the other salon workers came up to her asked what she had on her schedule. She said she did not have much, but was told to do THIS and she motioned over to me. Her tone was rude. After she completed the pedicure, she just left and never came back. I thought that she would give me the courtesy and tell me when it was safe to get my shoes on and go but she never did. I feel kind of silly, but this was the first time I received a pedicure. Someone came over to me after she saw me sitting there and said it looks like I was forgotten. I was embarrassed because I guess I could have left 45 minutes earlier. But the thing is no one came to check on me and the person that did the pedicure was so rude it made me feel really bad. I would never go back.

I had a coupon for a ½ price massage and had a male (unfortunately I forgot his name) do my massage and it was fantastic! He listened to my aches and pains and how I liked my massges and did his massage accordingly.
I also had my hair done there twice now by Chelsea who is also wonderful.
The prices are high (but all Avedas are) but the service is fantastic.
I would have given 5 stars except for the prices. Everything else is 5 star!

i went to get my hair washed because i have a broken arm…‘ 15 min service. the stylist quoted 35 bucks but when i got to check out the owner waved the brochure in my face and insisted the price was$ 45 and she was EXTREMELY NASTY about it. She will never get another dime from me.
