I called this company several times over 3 days. They finally called me back and booked a day. They never showed up. After several calls they called to say I wasn’t in their schedule! I will never use them and I live in an apartment complex with enough windows for a full time job. I guess they don’t need the business anyway.

Oliver came out right on schedule for our free estimate. Gave us a price that was fair for the moss treatment/​removal on our very steep roof. He then came out and did the job when he said he would for the price he quoted us. It’s so refreshing to find a company that offers high quality work for fair prices & great customer care. I called for an estimate to have my roof and gutters cleaned, moss treatment, and windows washed inside and out. The owner arrived at the agreed time, looked over the job requirements, and gave me the bid, which was reasonable. We agreed on price and set a tentative date for the work to be performed.
Yesterday my job was completed and I’m very pleased with the quality and care my home received from Top To Bottom.
The owner is hard working, honest, reliable, and personable. I’m delighted I found Top To Bottom. They’re my new Go To Crew!

I had 23 window panes and gutter to be cleaned. The job was «good enough for government work», so not too bad. Only cost about $ 100.
The associate Oliver is a real good guy to work with. He drafted an estimate and finished the work in a timely manner. I’ll definitely call them up again if the need arises.

Top to Bottom had totally reasonable prices for gutter cleaning, and Oliver and Stacy were friendly, accommodating, and hard-​working. Oliver came out before the end of the week and did a terrific job. The only sign he was here was the sparkling clean gutters. We’ll definitely call them again for both gutters and window cleaning. A+

We got the best price quote from Top to Bottom for our gutter cleaning, so based on that and the Unilocal reviews we went with them. For a very reasonable price, Oliver spent about 6 hours on our roof, gutters, and exterior windows. The gutters were so bad that they were completely clogged in a few places, and now they are totally cleaned out and shine brightly on the outside. Oliver was friendly, patient, and worked very hard. The cleanup was so good that it looks like he never was here. We will definitely hire them again!

My husband and I hired Top to Bottom Services to wash the windows in our house, usually a difficult job because it requires a lot of ladder work inside and out. Oliver and Stacy were prompt, courteous and professional. They did an excellent job, and because of their amazing teamwork, did it much faster than any company we have ever used in the past. I found Top to Bottom Services through an Amazon local deal. From the first interaction over the phone about scheduling to the moment they got into their van to leave, it was a phenomenal experience. We have varied roof lines, multiple windows and french doors and they handled all of it quite well. The pricing for additional windows beyond the scope of the Amazon deal was more than fair and on top of it, they were efficient and friendly. My windows are sparkling clean now and I didn’t have to lift a finger (except to write a check, of course). I like to support local businesses and it’s wonderful– like in this case– when the service/​product leaves me feeling happy I did. I highly recommend Top to Bottom Services!
