I specialize in appraising businesses as a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA). I also hold a M.S. in Accounting and am Certified Public Accountant. I help businesses quantity lost profits and economic damages incurred for various reasons such as fraud, insurance claims, or wrongful acts. I provide litigation support and expert witness services related to my work or as a rebuttal to another report. I also prepare tax returns for individuals and businesses.
