Renetta Wilson – State Farm Insurance Agent

Mrs. Wilson helped me with home owners insurance and did a great job. Her professionalism and clearly stated options available to me were great. In the near future I will transfer all my insurance needs to her office.

Renetta is very knowledgeable and has a Experienced staff, great location. I have been a client for 14 years and have always been pleased with the level of service. You gotta have insurance so it might as well be with good people.

Very nice, but kinda clueless.
The people in the building apparently only sell you insurance; they do a good job of customizing to exactly what you want. But if you ever need to USE your insurance, they have no idea what is going on or what you need to be doing. And neither do you, probably, because how often does stuff in your life go so wrong you need to file a claim?
Should I file a police report? Dunno. What kind of documentation do I need? Dunno. Should I take pictures? Dunno. Does my insurance cover this? Dunno. What’s the process like? Dunno. How soon will the adjustors call me? Dunno.
They must get these exact questions a lot, they could just print up a handout and give it to you when you bought the insurance.
They are nice, but I hoped one of the benefits to buying insurance from real local people instead of a cheap faceless website would be someone who could answer my questions.
