Mr. Merritt acts as project manager on a wide variety of civil and multi-disciplined projects. His 19 years of experience include feasibility studies; civil design of public and private facilities, roadways, storm drainage, sewer, and water supply systems; technical reports and calculations; cost estimates, specifications, and coordination with contractors, agencies, and private utilities companies.
He has been involved in public facility and large residential and commercial projects involving complex grading, water, sewer, and storm drainage designs. He is experienced in modeling stormwater drainage designs utilizing the latest software programs meeting WSDOE and local requirements. His background also includes transportation, hydrologic, electrical, and industrial engineering.
