History

Established in 2005.

Under the direction of owner, Robert Owens, NW HIT Center houses the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu of Olympia team, muay thai kickboxing, and MMA in our own octagon.

NW HIT Center also has youth programs for kids ages 8 – 13 including Warrior Kids and Youth Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, along with women specific programs (women’s self defense, and the South Sound Women’s Grappling Association).

Our athletes come to compete, come to learn self defense, and come to become the best version of themselves.

Working with our partner, Fortis Sports USA, we have a unique relationship that can allow our athletes special rates to strength and conditioning programs just down the hall, along with Olympia Therapuetic Massage, providing sports and relaxation massage.
