We always go here to get our grizzly, great prices and pretty close to home. Always fast and nice customer service here. I won’t buy at any other place, just because the price is the best!

Great place to get smokes cheaper than anywhere else as they are reservation tax stamped. Coffee is normally pretty good, though the last four times I’ve been there theyve messed up my coffee so bad that I couldn’t drink it. I like it black with a bit of sweetness. So a large americano with an extra shot and two sweet and low’s. Not sure what’s changed, but it’s been really weak or this morning they put cream in it. I never check it when I’m at the window as I’m in a hurry, which is the whole reason I didn’t make my own coffee in the first place. I’d take it back and have them fix it, but obviosuly I had somewhere else to be which again, is why I went to a drive through coffee place to begin with.

This is my favorite place to stop. I started for the red bull smoothies, but the awesome ladies that work in here really pulled me in :) They are always so friendly, and everything they’ve made is awesome. Sometimes, I just ask them to go with what they like, and 9⁄10 it’s better than what I pick. Even since I’ve quit smoking I come in just for the drinks. Wish I could go in every day!

Since my first complaint, I received immediate word back from the then-current manager who sincerely apologized and asked for names, descriptions and/or schedules. Although I don’t see that manager there anymore(maybe just wrong timing, or he got promoted and a new, just-as-smart manager has taken the position) I have noticed a change in a different staff and they’re more friendly. *And to the one who thought my original post was«Funny», I’m guessing it may either be one of the disgruntled, FIRED employees or a friend of their’s. Who’s laughing now?

If I can give this place negative stars, I would. This is the third time there has been an issue here with not only me but my sister. The employee that is bigger set, brown hair and wears glasses and works in the AM(we came at 750am today) is awful! She is not only rude but she talked down to us. I was appalled. Apparently it is a «new policy» where they can’t accept husbands cards. Either though I showed her my drivers license and my spouse ID card that had his name on it. I never had anyone else do this but her. If she was polite about it, that would be fine. But she was condescending. That’s not ok with me and I will never go back to this place. Which really sucks because they’re cheap!

Love coming here, found it by accident. People have been friendly, coffee drinks have been great and you cannot beat their prices on smokes. Don’t understand the negative reviews. I don’t normally write reviews but when I checked Unilocal for the hours today and saw people were talking trash, I felt the need to share my experience.

I have been coming to this coffee shop since before it was Nisqually express. The coffee and service was wonderful even after the name and ownership change. but now they have new girls who don’t know how to make drinks and rather than asking how you would like them they argue with you about what goes inside. the coffee is usually burnt and the new girls are pretty rude as well. ill make the extra trip to starbucks!

I stopped in for a coffee and cigarettes this past Saturday evening and the cashier was EXTREMELY rude and dismissive. The cashier was Catherine ID#2864. She couldn’t even open the drive up window enough to talk clearly to us and was completely bothered that we were there. This was my very first experience at this establishment and I refuse to give them return business. Rude people should not be allowed to be in a customer service position. I hope the manager reads this and takes note. Good luck!
