Just purchased a new vehicle from Mazda of Olympia and could not have had a better experience. The entire process was easy with no sales pressure. Both Chris and Randy bent over backwards to make sure I got a very fair deal, and I left in a car that I absolutely love. Kudos to the crew that cleaned the car for delivery; it was absolutely spotless.
Mazda of Olympia is on my short list of dealers that I’d buy from again.

My friend was working with a rep to get a car. She lives in Tacoma and he assured that if she comes down to Olympia, they will get her into the car she wanted. She managed to get there, spent a few hours to find out she couldn’t get approved for the car she wanted. She didn’t have a car to go home in so was stuck taking a bus from Olympia to Tacoma during rush hour. This could have been a much better experience if they pre-​approved her and got it ready before she had to make the trip.

I took my time, did my research and William Nobles was the perfect sales guy. Not pushy, listened to my needs and followed up as appropriate.
I drove a couple different models and he was always informative and helpful.
When I had decided to buy, he was over at the Yelm location and I didn’t mind going out to see him, and… They have new cars on that lot as well!
I LOVE MY MAZDA 3! Paired the perfect sales guy and perfect finance guy Todd for a wonderful experience.
Top notch guys! Never had such an easy car buying experience.

I went in after work and was played for 2 hours. I was very up front with them about my budget and all they did was yank me around for 2 hours straight. I took my business else where and got much more for my trade in and was given a deal well below my budget.

We have enjoyed an exceptional buying and service experience with the people at Lincoln & Mazda of Olympia. We bought a used car from them a couple of months ago. The purchase was haggle free. We made a reasonable offer, they accepted it, and we were out the door with a nice car without the all too common back and forth BS. The sales and accounting staff were friendly and efficient. The whole transaction was what I would expect of professionals.
After putting about 5000 mikes on the vehicle we had a standard problem with an emission component, which was not their fault. None the less they performed the repair at the cost of the component, something I didn’t ask them to do, but they offered. The service staff was friendly and efficient, and the service was done quickly. They even called to give us an update on progress
Lincoln Mazda of Olympia has earned my respect and confidence. They will be my preferred dealer in future dealings.

I planned to lease a Mazda Cx5 but got in the middle of «sales games» with the salesman trying to find out what my top dollar was so he could get the most possible. After three attempts to understand the pricing I called another Mazda dealer who gave me the lease price that was 30% less than Olympia quote and in line with what I was expecting in the first place. I drove much farther to get my new car from another dealer (Dougs Lynnwood Mazda)

Do not buy a car here! I bought a Mazda3 here in January 2011. Recently I went to sell it — but was not able to even get a quote from CarMax because the AutoCheck paperwork showed that the odometer appeared to be rolled back from 33k to 25k miles. When I called the dealership and spoke with «Joe», the «owner», he fold me that it was a paperwork error (someone there had put a different car in as mine) and there was nothing he could do. He was a complete jerk and offered to give me the «Mazda Customer Care» number — helpful! He then promised to give me a notarized statement showing what had happened — so I could try to fix the problem myself — but even that has not materialized, despite my 3 emails to him last week. It’s clear that all these guys want to do is sell and they could care less what happens after that. Beware!!!

What can I say about these guys. I had such an amazing experience. Eveyone from our sales representive Don to the finance manager Brenda to the awesome service department. The sales experience made us comfortable and when the car we wanted didn’t work they worked to find a car that we loved even nore that would work for our financial needs. The finance manager Brenda is amazing and super friendly. She made the financial process easy and gave us some financial insight that no one has ever done for us. The service department is awesome. Always takes care of our needs promptly and listens to what we need. I would recommend this organization to anyone. They have a customer for life.
