Went in on a Saturday morning with homecoming girls everywhere.
Felt I had individual attention

The start of the pedicure was quite nice until the woman clipped my big toe and it began to bleed. After multiple attempts of using the blue liquid to stop the bleeding, she tried the glue used for acrylic nails. After twenty minutes and my toe still bleeding I asked for a bandaid so I could be on my way with only nine painted toes.
I was charged full price with no hint of an apology. I would have liked a better outcome.

Service here was disappointing! Despite having an appointment, I still waited 40 min for a manicure. Why bother accepting appointments if you don’t honor it simply because you’re busy? Was happy to receive the owner as my technician thinking she would be one of the more experienced technician. However, she was more concerned with the traffic of people coming in and out than giving me a manicure. She placed a dirty towel in front of me that had someone else’s blue nail clippings! When I pointed that out to her, she muttered something under her breath and changed it for a clean towel. She did a sloppy job applying my gel polish. She didn’t thoroughly remove my old polish so you can still see the dark pink polish around the new light pink polish. She didn’t allow enough time for it soak off so instead she used her cuticle scissors and ripped off the old polish. She cut my cuticle and made me bleed on two fingers! Her sloppy polish application touched the cuticle so now that it’s growing out, it’s lifting and getting caught in my hair. Will never come back to this salon! Beware… this place is not clean, they don’t honor appointment times, and the owner (female) is horrible.

Not gonna lie the heated toilet seat was an odd surprise. Lol :-)

First time to this salon and I was pretty impressed. Everyone was friendly and even though I didn’t get the exact polish design I wanted (or even close to it) my nails still turned out nice. My daughter got hers done and was really happy with them and my husband said is spa pedicure was better than most he’s gotten in the past. Would have given 5 stars if I had gotten close to what I wanted for my polish. But I’ll most likely go back :)

I love this place. They give you the actual wait time, do a great job and are all very kind! Plenty of colors to choose from. I would recommend this place.

They do a great job with the gel French manicures. I get at least 3 weeks out of one and I’m rough on my hands.
I appreciate that they don’t try to upsell you extras.
