Fosbre’s mission is to provide an educational environment that provides a supportive setting for individuals to grow and expand, in the field of Cosmetology. Fosbre works to emphasis the value of dedicated and fully qualified professionals who will meet the needs of the diverse population within the Olympia and Tacoma area. Fosbre is unique from other companies in the cosmetology industry in Western Washington in that we not only educate students enrolled in our cosmetology and instructor training programs, but also provide a way for our students to demonstrate their newly developed skills and potentially transition into our professional salon. We find that by indulging ourselves, as a company, into both the field of education and salon industry we are better able to serve our students and stylist.

History
Established in 2008.
The Fosbre Academy of Hair Design was established in 2008 and has experienced substantial growth and success in our industry of providing the highest quality education and services to the public. The academy is expanding to a brand new custom facility, located just a block from our current location to accommodate more students and meet the needs of our growing clients and guests.
Meet the Business Owner
Noah F.
Business Owner
Noah began his styling career with JC Penny in Olympia. Two years later Noah became one of the youngest cosmetology instructors to be licensed in Washington State. Over the next few years, he taught cosmetology at several local schools including Clover Park Technical College. Noah then joined Dennis Jensen at Salon Fifth Avenue accelerating his full time career as a Professional Stylist and building a loyal clientele. Noah also joined the committee that designed and implemented the Washington State Cosmetology Apprenticeship Program (WSCAP) created when Governor Locke signed SHB 2202 in May of 2003 and then became its lead instructor! In 2007, Noah accepted a position as Learning Leader at the Gary Manuel Aveda Institute in Seattle while continuing to support his loyal clientele in Olympia.
Noah continues to broaden his skills and expand his creative style through professional development courses from industry leaders including Aveda, Sassoon, Tony & Guy, and Jamison Shaw. As a res
